Its email address it has provided i.e. aftersale@giantbeetech.com also doesn’t belong to its website domain name and found to be used by multiple suspicious and scam sites like SilverGiftLashes, WonoPuzzle, DolfPuzzle, StarPuzzlesShop, FallinLensShop, Eulvey, TicocoeyeShop, CliclicoShop, Uniifree, FilledTheSpace, Sopere, Beslens, StarPuzzle, KtintyShop, Bebeboom, Greadme, Hltjigsaw, Awfulty, and so on.
Discount and Sales offers:
It is selling the products on heavy discounted rates that is too good to be true which only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Lots of details provided on its website including its website them match with multiple scam sites.
Its domain name i.e. AimPuzzle.com and website name i.e. Ignovys are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.
Likewise, it has mentioned the company names of other websites rather than its own on its About Us, Terms and Conditions, etc. pages i.e. Nebulalens and ShangQian but it has not provided any details about its link with those websites whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any. So this must be a copy-paste blunder that mostly scam sites do.
Returns and Exchange:
It has a Return Policy which says that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of items purchased. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Awful customer service.
I ordered 5 puzzles - for ine of them they sent the wrong puzzle - a really ugly one that I explained I had no interest in accepting or keeping.
They refused to replace it with the correct one and refused to issue a full refund, instead only offering me a discount code and a $4 refund for a jigsaw I paid $31.02 for, so I have reported them to the Ombudsman as this is illlegal.
Do not buy Aim Puzzles from this company!!! I have the older nice puzzle from years before and bought 7 other puzzles to give as gifts. These are not the same puzzles and are poor quality, not the vibrant colors and shapes, came in damaged boxes without the cover picture to even see the puzzle, missing pieces, much smaller sizes even though we ordered the large size and they will not give me a refund. I spent over $150 on crap.
I have these puzzles so your verdict is piece of shyet like.
I have ordered at least 15 puzzles from them. One had a piece missing but other than that we have been thoroughly pleased. The whole 80% thing is obviously just hype but the puzzles are awesome.
I received one of their puzzles as a Christmas gift and have enjoyed trying to complete it. I was very upset that, even though I did persevere, I could not complete because of one lousy piece. I have tried to report this discrepancy to aimpuzzle and have heard no reply. Do you think I should continue to try to get my missing piece. It's to the point I'm loosing sleep over this. I'm 81 and need my sleep. LOL

I have ordered and received 3 puzzles from this company with no problems. Maybe I am just lucky ( for once in my life), but I have no complaints!
