I ordered a bike on their website and they didn't give updates just excuses. This website ain't.
Same here ordered a 2 e bike for my grandkids nothing they was fast taking my money and like every one else e-,mail after e- mail claiming my order has been shipped? You know I keep wondering why even email me back when they know I'm not getting what I've ordered,,,?
I ordered a set of 3 suitcases on 20/03/2023 and have been told that the order was sent and then that it was left with my neighbour whom they could not proof be delivery card or house number where it was left. I requested a refund but they insisted on sending order to me with no joy till today 28/06/2023.
If I don’t email them they won’t update on what’s going on. They are a scum bag, be careful
I did the same, ordered the e-bike after seeing the ad on Facebook. Facebook should have done accountability of who advertises on their site. After months of waiting, email correspondence still no bike. If it’s a scam, I just don’t understand why they even bother responding, or is it just part of the game?
As all of the above, I ordered a bike 09/02/2023 from their advert on Facebook. They said it had been delivered, IT WAS NOT, so, they said they would send another. Over a hundred emails later and I have still not received it. They offered me a 20% refund which I have also NOT received. I am absolutely F**king fuming with these scamming, lying fakers. I have also threatened them with legal action, fraud squad and police...Still nothing. Facebook needs to filter out these disgusting parasitical arseholes. Where do I go next to find out how to get my bike or full refund and compensation for moths of my precious time wasted on these losers?????

I ordered a bike on April 6th and been going back and forth through emails. (reszero.shop)
I was assured the product was on its way. I threatened them with legal action and all of a sudden when checking the tracking, it stated delivered, which it was not. Just give me 2 minutes with this guy, I would break every bone in his body and bury.
I did the samething February 3 and still NOT HERE!! I'm livid but fool me once but not anymore bishes
I ordered a bike in February, still waiting. I have emailed them at least 10 times, they say it was delivered but hasn’t been.
Not sure what I can do. I ordered it from an ad which came through Facebook.
