I should agree that it is a scam. I also purchased 2Tb SSD and got a second one for $44.99 plus $5.99 for shipping on 03/15/2023. I have received them in three weeks. After started to make a copy of my photo files to one of them it was crashed in completely disappeared. Tried on PC and iMac with the same effect. The second one allowed me to copy some files, then gave me a message that it is corrupted.
Reformatting and disk repair did not work, Files I was able to copy on that drive disappeared. After several communications with Qylara support (they gave me a very strange explanations: something about their technical department problems) I was offered 25% refund that I rejected and requested full refund or drives replacement. Now I am waiting for their response. Just, for information, I have over 50 years computer experience, am holding 2 Ph.Ds in Computer Science, worked as Computer Science department head.
SCAM. I ALSO ORDERED THE 30T SSD BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. THEY SHOW UP AS 30T BUT WILL NOT MOUNT ON MY MAC. I HAVE ENCOUNTERED A SIMILAR SCAM ONCE BEFORE FOR WHAT WAS CLAIMED TO BE A LARGE VOLUME THUMB DRIVE, BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE A VERY SMALL DRIVE THAT JUST SHOWED UP WITH A PHONY SIZE. THEY SEEM TO HAVE SEVERAL EMAIL ADDRESSES FOR THEIR SUPPOSED SUPPORT, BUT THE RESPONSE THAT I GOT WAS AN OFFER TO REFUND 30% OF WHAT I PAID.
I order the following from Qylara and sincerely feel it is a scam and the stole $62.98 cents from me.

I also purchased these portable SSD devices, but I paid $64.99 for 2 8TB drives. I ordered them on 3/20/23 and received them on 3/28/23. But they do not work. They both show up as 6.62 TB when I select properties, but at first, they would crash and disappear off my screen when I tried to move any files to them. Then, after several tries, they finally let me transfer data to them, but at a maximum speed of 17 MB/s, not the advertised 520 MB/s. It took just over an hour to copy 1GB. Then, it showed all the folders and subfolders, but most of them said "Empty folder". The few that did have files were corrupt and would not open. Then the SSD would disappear again.
I also purchased these devices, but I bought the 8TB SSD and got another for $64.99 on 3/20/23. I received them on 2/28/23. But they did not work. At first, they would read as 7.62TB in Windows Explorer properties. But when I tried to copy any data to them, they would crash and disappear from my PC screen. Then, after several reconnects, they finally took the data, but at a maximum speed of 17 MB/s, not the advertised 520 MB/s. Then, most of the folders said "Empty folder", and the few that did open showed the files, but the files wouldn't open. Then the SSD would crash again. When I reconnected it, the files were gone. I emailed support and they offered me a measly 10% refund, and I could keep the worthless drives. When I said I wouldn't accept their offer, they increased it to 20%, saying, "Otherwise, you will cost more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us". The last offer I received today was for a 30% refund, which I rejected. I'm still waiting to hear back from them.
