  1. Cherishes.shop is a scam.
Took my money but never shipped.
After multiple messages I threatened them and got a refund. Then, I received one of those little pink envelopes with a note that my item would be mailed soon. That was another scam alert I found online. I think they are one in the same. I rarely order online and it was too coincidental.

    1. I ordered some paper flower occasion cards. Never got them. Can't even get to their website. So SCAM!!! I ORDERED 3 MO. AGO!!

    2. Cherishes.shop is a FRAUD. I ordered an item in February 2023 and still haven't received the product and they refused to refund me. What a shame.

  2. SCAM: Cherishes. Shop. I ordered those cute pop - up flowers but never got them. This is the third time in 3 years I've been scammed from companies on Facebook. NO MORE!! Anything that sounds too good to be true, usually is.

  3. I was scammed, I just I am a slow learner or too trustworthy! I will quit check in the mailbox to see if it has arrived!

  4. I have never ordered from an online Facebook ad ever and was caught off guard when Cherishes offered a one day sale for these lovely cards. I have since read they are nothing more than a scam company and just cut, copy and paste ads from legitimate companies. I placed my order and the amount they charged had additional fees for insurance, etc. and when I checked online the charge was from Paris France. I ordered 5 weeks ago and have never received a confirmation that my order was shipped. I like others blame Facebook for just taking advertising money from these companies without ensuring their members are not dealing with scam companies such as this one. I have learned a hard lesson as will take the loss as it was due to my negligence not doing my due diligence prior to ordering but Facebook should be held accountable as well somehow. How many people were taken by this company from the ad posted on Facebook. I have since heard of other people who have ordered off of Facebook ads for another entirely different company and they as well were scammed. FACEBOOK needs to be more proactive ensuring their members are not duped by fraudulent companies that they allow to advertise on their site.

  5. I am in the same boat as all the commenters above. My bank gave me credit for the charge but my concern is that they have my credit card information. I think I will ask my bank to send a new card with a new number.

    1. Hi, same here. I ordered the cards back in March, but never received my order. However, the money was taken from my bank account the same day. I foolishly trusted the site, mainly because it was on Facebook. I’m going to contact my bank today.

  6. Huge Scam! They take money but never send the merchandise! They reply to emails saying to be patient but merchandise ordered never comes!

  7. Sooo disgruntled after reading about this product not being delivered after payment was withdrawn by this bogus company. I ordered $46.29 worth on March 5 … it is April 10 and I have not received the pretty paper flower bouquets I bought 🙁

  8. Same as the others.
    Ordered 3/4/23.
    Sent e-mail 3/13/23 to ChristopherOlwen5269@gmail.com
    With this response:
    "Dear Friend
We are very sorry that we have not sent out your items yet due to the large number of purchases. We are speeding up the packing process and will send it to you as soon as it is finished."
My order does show that it has been shipped but no tracking information.
    Sent another e-mail to zackarynajar86432@gmail.com
    Also listed as contact today.
    We shall see.

  9. I was just scammed also! Called my bank to ask about an international debit card fee and it’s linked to cherishes.

My bank is disputing this fee and the $38 I spent on 5 cards.
They gave no indication that they were located in Great Britain!

Did find a bogus email from them in my spam folder, there is a link regarding my order but nothing happens when I click on it!
Also there is a link to view there store ~ nothing happens.

I guess I should have gone straight to the source of the real company that makes these, Fresh Cut Paper - ordered beautiful Christmas pop up wreaths and it comes with mailers to send them in the mail to whoever you’re sending them to. I was lured by the $4.98 each price by Cherishes on my Instagram feed… this really stinks!

  10. I ordered popup cards on February 28. I sent 6 emails before I finally got to someone and I asked for my funds of $32 back and did report to my card company. Today I get a reply that the cards have not been sent and am I sure I want my money back. Will see if they send it, meantime, it has been reported.

    1. I too have ordered these cards and got nothing. They were so cute!! I’m really mad about the whole thing. But, I worked for the Bank Card Company & was able to get my $ back!

  11. I ordered $42 worth of pop up flower cards on March 1st. They took the money from my account and I have never heard another word. I have been scammed again. I will never order anything again from Facebook ads.

    1. Me too!! Ordered in February $39.84 worth of pop up cards. Will dispute with my credit card company. If I see those scammers advertising on FB again, I'll warn people.

    2. The same thing happened to me. I ordered those same cards last year for Mothers Day cards and got them quickly, so I thought I would do it again! I am so upset with myself that I let this happen. Never ever again!!!

  12. I also ordered from cherishes the pop up flower arrangements and payment was taken from my account and I am still waiting for the product to arrive. I also am disheartened now for realizing this could be a scam.

  13. I ordered several pop up flower arrangements www. Cherishes.com. I have a confirmation number but never received an email from them. The money was taken immediately out of my account. It’s only been a week and I’m hoping for the best but after reading the reviews here I’m disheartened.
I’ll let you all know if I get my order.

    1. When did you order? I'm still waiting for mine as well on the order I placed on 2/26/23. I was trying to stay positive but after seeing all these other complaints, I'm feeling doubtful now.

  14. I ordered in good faith after reading supposed comments from satisfied customers. I never received my merchandise. So sad that there are people stealing like this.

  15. I ordered but never got a confirmation email nor charge on card. Great..who has all of that info now??
