We think Promlily.com might be a scam due to the following reasons:-

# Promlily has provided the company name and address (PLINKS LIMITED, Verdala Business Centre, Level 2, TRIQ IL-BIRRERIJA, BKR 3000, Malta) on its “Contact Us” page which multiple suspicious sites are using such as Salecw, AvovShop, KimTung1, Roawe, Timberland.Shop, BingolStore, NanRobot, Superlife, eClothPalace, FunnySoulShop, Nvvs, Gear1Best, FansyGear, ALightUp, Asvogue, Choies, En.T-Firefly, GirlyWild, DressilyMe, EasyMolo, SnapCrest, 2LovelyMall, WoodzWatch, NewCossky, Eason.Shop, Bgd-Life and so on. However, legit websites always provide a separate company’s name and address, not the one which has been used by multiple suspicious sites.

# Legit sites will mention on their website if they are linked with other sites. However, Promlily hasn’t provided any information about its link with other sites whose address it has been using.

# Although Promlily.com provides the option to purchase the items using the credit card, it hasn’t provided the required security measures to secure the credit card information. So if you shop at this site, your credit card information can be stolen.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items.

# Some of these kinds of online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Now you must be clear why we think Promlily might be a scam. So, in this situation, we don’t recommend you to purchase anything from Promlily.

I bought this dress knowing that the quality would not be that of a $12,000 wedding dress. But I was shocked when it was delivered in a bag with blue ink marks all over the breasts and the back. The cups for the breasts were entirely off and there was no support.
I notified the company right away and sent photos of the stains. They offered to refund me only 30% of the cost of the dress of they would let me return is for 40% and get charged a 30% restocking fee.
Their return policy never mentioned a restocking fee if returns were necessary. They also did not state that they wont give you a full refund of your money. I have been going back and forth with the company for a week now with no resolve. They state that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to them and yet they have poor quality management and poor business practice in customer service and returns. Please be advised to not use this website for due to the scam they are running.

Promlily will not issue a refund and from what I have read this is common. The dress is way too big and the materials are cheap. Wish we would have read the reviews for this company before ordering. One mistake we won't make again.
