Promlily.com Review: Promlily Scam Or Genuine?

Is Promlily.com a Scam or Legit? Promlily appears to have several issues based on customer feedback. While we can't definitively label it a scam, there are numerous complaints about it on platforms like Trustpilot, which raises concerns. Because of this, we can't recommend it. Let's dive into our review of Promlily to uncover the truth behind the platform.

We are unable to recommend Promlily due to the following reasons:-

Previously, Promlily had provided its parent company name and address as PLINKS LIMITED, Verdala Business Centre, Level 2, TRIQ IL-BIRRERIJA, BKR 3000, Malta. However, now it has already deleted it. However, you should know that multiple problematic sites are/were using that parent company. This indicates that it may have some connection with those multiple problematic sites.

Legit sites will mention on their website if they are linked with other sites. However, Promlily hasn’t provided any information about its link with other sites whose address it has been using.

One of the major red flags about Promlily is the overwhelming number of complaints from its customers on review platforms like Trustpilot. While it's normal for any company to receive some negative feedback, Promlily stands out because it has an unusually high volume of negative reviews. When the majority of reviews are complaints, it indicates a pattern of dissatisfaction among users, which is a significant concern.

Issues raised by customers often include poor product quality, delayed deliveries, or difficulty in getting refunds. This consistent negative feedback is a clear warning sign and a big red flag, making us hesitant to recommend Promlily. It's crucial to consider the experiences of previous buyers before deciding whether to trust a company, and in this case, the volume of negative reviews raises serious doubts about its reliability.

Final Verdict:

By now, it should be evident why we do not recommend Promlily. The site has a significant number of ongoing issues that have led to widespread dissatisfaction among its customers. As we've pointed out in this review, the complaints span various areas, including poor product quality, slow shipping, and difficulties with refunds or customer service. These recurring problems create a pattern that cannot be ignored, and they make it difficult to trust the site as a reliable shopping destination.

In addition to the red flags we’ve already discussed, there are other concerns about Promlily that we’ve mentioned throughout this review, further solidifying our caution. Despite this, we understand that individual experiences may vary, and some people might have had different interactions with the site. If you have personal feedback or would like to share your own review of Promlily.com, we encourage you to do so. Your insights might be helpful to others who are considering shopping there. I bought this dress knowing that the quality would not be that of a $12,000 wedding dress. But I was shocked when it was delivered in a bag with blue ink marks all over the breasts and the back. The cups for the breasts were entirely off and there was no support.
I notified the company right away and sent photos of the stains. They offered to refund me only 30% of the cost of the dress of they would let me return is for 40% and get charged a 30% restocking fee.
Their return policy never mentioned a restocking fee if returns were necessary. They also did not state that they wont give you a full refund of your money. I have been going back and forth with the company for a week now with no resolve. They state that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to them and yet they have poor quality management and poor business practice in customer service and returns. Please be advised to not use this website for due to the scam they are running.

Promlily will not issue a refund and from what I have read this is common. The dress is way too big and the materials are cheap. Wish we would have read the reviews for this company before ordering. One mistake we won't make again.
