Dont touch this company with a barge pole.Ordered 2 full fridge cleaning sets and 2 brushes arrived .Tried the chat and after typing my messages they disappeared .I paid with Paypal and it states clearly what l ordered(and didnt receive).I sent screenshots with my complaint email and they sent a reply saying "less text" more service and a list of questions and as expected not one mentioned trouble with order. Be warned

EGRETERON is a fraudulent company based in China (using Australian voiceovers). They sent not fit for purpose bras made of cheap material that can't hold up plums let alone push up your breasts as advertised. Their Customer Service team is beyond a joke, they offered a £2 refund for a £17 item. The product is completely useless, they don't send pre-paid labels and when they do give you a returns address.. its in China! And the shipping costs more than £20 (more than the items you bought). Avoid this company like the plague!! I am now trying to get a chargeback through my Bank as PayPal has not been useful! I wish I had known this company was Fraudulent. PayPal is absolutely rubbish.
Hmmmm, I just wish I had read this page before purchasing a telescopic desk fan from Egreteron!
It lasted all of four days before stopping completely.
I emailed them and sent videos and photographs at their request and they told me that as it would be too expensive for me to return the item to them, they would refund me in full i.e. £20.00 - they have since refused to pay me saying they've done all that they can do to help.
