I ordered $154.00 worth and never received my jewelry. I have sent several several emails requesting a refunds or a carrier name so that I can contact to get an update. They refused everything. I have disputed this on my credit card hopefully I will get my money back...
Complete scam and facebook should not allow them to advertise on FB.
Total scam. Rings look so cheap, contacted them a few times for return, no response. Plus, they charged me $10 more according to my bank account. They should be taken off the internet due to illegitimate business.
Ordered 2 rings and one was the right ring wrong stone, and the second one was completely the wrong ring. Contacted the customer service and they told me also that it was "indeed" what I ordered according to the shipping department. I sent pictures of what I ordered and what I got and they are obviously "indeed" not the right rings.

I agree with all of these reviews- while I did receive my order I did not receive the correct order. When I emailed them they keep insisting that the correct order was sent even though the picture does not match- not even close- I ordered silver but received an ugly gold-tone ring.
Scammed as well second time but a different company
I have no issue with the quality of what I received however, I do have an issue with their support team. I ordered early December 2022, I paid for the express delivery. I received many emails regarding order status none of which were correct. When I eventually received my order it was wrong I emailed their support. I sent in photos 1 of my order confirmation that included picture and description 2 of what I received. I was told that the warehouse stated I did receive correct order and they offered refund. I’ve yet to receive.
I also have been scammed. I am contacting my bank to let them know and get refunded that way. Frustrating though!!!
I have been rob. The billing was sent with a 150 total and 234 was taken on my crédit card!! I have ca cel in beetween an hour and they claim that they already ship in an hour after receiving the order and can not cancel order. I'm angry.
Well I've been trying to track my order without much luck so I'm guessing I'm out $64 . Next time I will research before buying!
