The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
Praxissales is a scam site. I ordered a husky tool box from them. The tracking info kept saying it was moving around New York and was finally delivered to a mailbox in New York. The web page for Praxis won't even open now. I paid through PayPal so I'm sure I'll get my money back. I just wonder why PayPal keeps letting them make sales! It's a complete scam do not order from this company or should I say fake company.
