Ppluto complaints Ppluto fake or real Ppluto legit or fraud | De Reviews

What is Ppluto.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling different types of contact lenses and so on. Further, there are so many things you must know about that site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Ppluto as one of the not recommended sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided its company’s address as Room 1502(A),Easey Commercial Building 253-261 Hennessy Road,Wanchai, Hong Kong (Logistics warehouse). This address is found to be the address of other company SHESHECIG TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED as per Google Map and we don’t find its relationship with that company. The contact phone number it has provided also doesn’t match with the contact number of SHESHECIG TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED . On top of that, lots of companies in Hong Kong are registered using the virtual address by renting address from the virtual address service provider. And similar type of company address is used by multiple other sites like Trekls, Voiceary, Suraging, Nicerys, Myproe, Hkbsida, RoiiiNet, Avalonenvirotech, Goweve, Asnods, Hkrichholy and so on. Legit company always provide a separate company name and address but not the one used by other multiple websites. Hence we shall not trust such suspicious company for our online shopping destination.

It has provided another address also in its Privacy Policy as 1010 E Belmont St, Ontario, CA 91761. When we searched the given address in the Google Maps, it is showing that there is another entity named Diamond Star Corporation (Yelp.com) in that address but we could not find the store or company or shop with name Asnods on or around that address in the Maps. This address is also used by other similar types of problematic sites like Asnods, GoweveLensnatureEssaryincEyesovoCheerylooks, and so on.

The email address it has provided on its Privacy Policy page i.e. aftersale@giantbeetech.com also doesn’t belong to its website domain name and not its own email address but found to be used by several other sites like Asnods, CheeryLooks, GoweveEssaryincEyesovo, Mengiz, Trekls, Hyperez, Vyaddys and so on.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is offering unreasonable discounts and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their website.

Copied Content:

Lots of content provided on the website as well as the website theme match with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites like like Asnods, GoweveLensnatureEssaryincEyesovoCheerylooks and so on.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Returns and Refunds Policy page which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of products. You are responsible for the shipping fees which are non-refundable. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

From all the above mentioned facts, it is clear that Ppluto is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. Ordered Halloween lenses, paid, got shipping confirmation, but sent to Arizona, not Ohio. Over a year of unhelpful emails, false promises of issue escalation. Set refund deadline; no response. Ppluto.com is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

I should have checked them out first. I bought contacts paid for them followed the shipping and saw they delivered to ohio when my address is clearly marked on the order form. That's when I decided to search them and what I found is that every person who orders from them either gets items they didn't order or they send it to the wrong address. I was able to contact the people at the address it was sent too and they received an envelope with... Wait for it... Ads for their companies contact lenses. There was no contacts on the envelope so they sent an advertisement to the address and never sent any contacts at all. Thankfully it was only a 20 dollar order plus shipping. They are a scam!!!

Needed cool red contacts for my Halloween cosplay costume, and boy did I make a HUGE MISTAKE by ordering from Ppluto. They literally straight up shipped my contacts to Florida when I live in the Midwest! Talk about a complete waste of time and money !!! I ordered my contacts back in September and it took a month for them to actually go through transit. Customer service is by far the worst and when trying to email them they literally blocked me and my emails kept bouncing back to my inbox. This company is by far the sketchiest company ever. I always read reviews before ordering anything and this time I didn’t. I SO regret it… Will be requesting a re-fund.

I hope people do their research first before ordering from one of those scam sites. I wish I had. They were offering unrealistic deals that were too good to be true. Please be careful. Avoid Ppluto , they will rip you off !

I bought two sets of contacts from them and actually did receive two sets... just not the ones I ordered. I have sent them an email with pictures and screenshots of what I ordered and what I received but no reply.
But after reading some of the comments I should be happy I got anything..

What’s their number I just bought contacts didn’t receive anything I’m furious

  8. My whole order was incorrect. They basically just threw a bunch of contacts with the correct prescription into the package and sent it out. The colors of the contacts were barely on the lenses. Not one set of lenses were correct. Their excuse is the pandemic.. and then offered me $15 coupon to place another order. I said “no”. Then they offered $20. I declined and said “I’ll accept the original order I had placed that I should have received in the first place.” I got no response. It’s a scam. They just want your money for terrible product.
