Ordered a cat drop trap August 8, but emailed to cancel the very next day since it was coming from overseas. Sent several emails but never a reply back regarding cancellation. Finally gave up and disputed with my bank and was refunded the money. Now this scam site is trying to protest that I got my money back from them. I'm working yet again with my bank to prove that they are a scam - never acknowledged my emails, had no phone number for customer service, nothing!! And they never sent me the item anyway. They are a major headache. Please don't order from these people. I now have the headache yet again with disputing this transaction!
I ordered a toy for my child on here in August. Well I never received it and it was marked as delivered by fedex. No response from the seller except to Paypal - we'll get to that. I contacted the seller because fedex never came to my house but it said delivered ( I have multiple cameras) and what I found strange was the delivery date on fedex differed from the one on paypal. I thought I was safe with paypal and filed complaint which they denied saying the seller had provided proof of delivery. Seller doesn't respond to me ever but responds when paypal inquires? So I go to my original email order and click on the visit store and now it's magically gone. You know why? It's a SCAM. I don't know if the seller is in cahoots with someone at fedex and/or paypal but DO NOT buy anything from Coolstore ever. And don't think paying with paypal is safe either - they could care less if the site is legit or not. Some day these people will get caught, but not with any help from paypal.
I ordered a rc drone in early July it's mid September and no product or reply from their email support at:
reisequicksall94@hotmail.com. I. Thought it was safe bc i used PayPal but I may have fallen for a fake PayPal page idk. The track order link in the confirmation email they sent me was a dead link. I hope myself and others get money back. If they are not a scam I will update this comment but until then I advise to not buy from coolastore aka potonshop and call for investigation into their website bc if they are openly stealing money this amnt of time and it was a search result Google gave me, that is a massive issue that is inexcusable to not be shut down by now.
I order a 5 gallon bucket of morbloom and have yet to get any messages back regarding my need for a tracking number and why it hasn’t been shipped or received yet. Very fishy and I will be reporting to my bank.
I paid for the item but no response on when it will be shipped. I emailed several times with no response either. Doesn't seem legit. Very disappointed.
