I am beyond upset. The company is a total scam and I have been running into this a lot these days. Basically, these Chinese companies copy images from legitimate companies and try to pass them off as their own. Images of runway fashion shows, with beautiful garments, or as in the case of Pantalonien, images from the show Yellowstone. So you think you’re ordering legitimate and quality goods, only to receive cheap knockoffs in terrible fabric. Classic bait and switch. I tried on numerous occasions to email the company trying to arrange a return for refund. I consistently got back emails in terrible English always asking “What’s the problem?”. By the time you exchange 6 or 7 emails your screaming at this point. Eventually my last email to them came back as undelivered because they changed email accounts!! Total scam s as Nd it’s happening a lot! Buyer beware!!
The Pantalonien website pictured clothing from a television show and displayed images of the actors wearing those clothes. It took 2 months to receive the order. I did not even bother opening the plastic packaging. The clothes looked nothing like the images in quality, color, style. They looked like they were made from cheap, thin cloth and were stained with a cheap spray. When I asked for a refund, I got a looping string of emails with the same message in poor English and no response or action. The images on the website of the jackets I ordered have been removed. WARNING: Do not buy from this company.
