We have categorized Panrila as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The parent company of Panrila is identified as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD, as mentioned in its Terms of Service and Contact Us pages. However, it is important to note that several other websites also use the same parent company name, including Klynu, Panrila, Moyje, Zekev, Essped, and more.

While the current review mentions the parent company name and address as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD, it is important to note that in the future, the website may alter its parent company name and address. This is not uncommon, as similar websites have changed their parent company information in the past.

Security of the website:

Panrila.com has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee at the bottom of its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

Panrila.com has a Return/Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

Similar online stores have garnered negative feedback from their customers regarding delivery timelines, customer support, and post-purchase services. Moreover, even its own customers have placed lots of complaints against it, which you can find on sites like Trustpilot.

  5. Use Safe Payment Methods: Stick to popular and safe payment methods, such as credit cards or PayPal. In contrast, be highly suspicious of stores that only accept payment forms like gift cards, wire transfers, etc.
  6. Use Strong passwords: Use unique, hard-to-guess passwords for your payment accounts. Moreover, add two-factor authentication for extra safety.
  7. Watch for Phishing Attempts: Be cautious of emails from unknown senders with links. So, check the link before clicking it. Moreover, look at the website's URL to make sure it's not fake and related to the website name.
  8. Be Careful with Your Personal info: Avoid online stores asking for too much personal info.

Zekev Clothing Reviews: Is It a Legitimate Store Or a Scam? Our Investigation

Zekev Clothing is an online store that sells women’s clothing, such as dresses, tops, and sweaters. But Zekev.com is not a very reliable or trustworthy website and should be avoided at all costs.

My experience is identical with the above
Cheap quality, sizing way off, and trying to return is a nightmare
I contacted my bank ( visa) and they will dispute the amount for the items I wanted to return
They said everyone should do this, and eventually, hopefully, they’re put out of business. Lesson learned , will only buy from well know, reputable companies from now on

The blouse I ordered is too small and not comfortable. They offered to refund me $8.00. I wish that I had read all of these comments before I ordered anything.

I fell for the Panrila scam! The clothing is very cheap! The website suggests to contact them for return info but it just takes you in circles without ever giving a phone number or return address. They are trying to advertise as being a US company but something is fraudulently here.

Stupidly, I bought $450 worth of clothing. It took them a month to send, and I started to get suspicious and asked if it was coming from China and they denied. Once I finally received, the items were DISGUSTING quality. I wouldn't even give to Goodwill. I subsequently contacted them 5 times to ask about returning them and got no reply. I contacted my credit card and alerted them this is a SCAM company. Hopefully I will get some money back.

no answer. the shirt does not fit as ordered.

  8. FACEBOOK ULCIY AND PANRILA- PRODUCTS FROM CHINA AND RETURN POLICY IS A SCAM

The material of the sweaters are poor. They look mass produced and cheap. The website says made in NC but the bags say made in China with some clearly fake sustainability tag attached. But as the review below states, here were my 3 return offers after paying $131 for 3 items:

    #1

    Dear customer:

We are sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation, we will refund you USD$12 as compensation, could you kindly keep the item(s)?

    #2

    Dear customer:

We offer a $28 refund. You can keep your order. Do you accept?

    #3

    Dear customer:

I'm sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation, but 41 dollars is our maximum.
Our return warehouse is in Dubai. The shipping fee is very expensive.
If you insist on returning, you will pay the freight by yourself.

Please include Reddress.com on your scam list. They are in Atlanta and offer a coupon code. Once you select the code, your order is no longer returnable. Their clothes are not true to size, so most people will have to return.

  11. Thankyou for your service. I always check for (credible) reviews when ads come up on fb. Then if I see there is a scam alert, I copy the link to the review in the comment section of the fb post. I hope it helps people to not get scammed.

I have had the same problem as all of the above reviews. Items not true to size and flimsy material. They offered $20 to me and told me to donate the items. Not going to happen. I will keep writing to them and am going to report to the BBB. What a scam

I received an order after 2 months and a threatening email to them. It was not what I ordered. I wrote back and said I would send it back if I could get a refund. The company offered me less than 1/4 of what I paid for the items initially, I kept saying no I want to refund my name is Iris Quesada and none of them are things that I order, I ended up getting back about 2/3 of what I paid. Shipping label on the box when it finally did come clearly indicated it was from China. Sham/scam company don’t do business with them.

I wish I would have seen this before placing my order which did not satisfy me as much as seen it on screen and description of the fabric. I have been unable to reach anyone to return 2 out 4 pieces.

It's like throwing $90.00 away. I am so upset with myself for falling for it. If anyone knows how to defeat this company I'd like to know.

  17. Thanks for providing this information. I saw them on Instagram and was drawn in by beautiful pictures and should have looked into them before I ordered. Luckily I cancelled my order within 30 minutes and disputed the charge on my credit card. They sell under Panila .com and NYCAE .com. Beware of both - they are the same scam.

  18. Same exact photo, same exact shirt….2 different company names

  19. Panrila is a scam website. Do NOT buy online from them. Website says Canadian but purchase was in US dollars After waiting weeks it came , the cheapest made clothing I’ve ever touched. They negotiated $10 return and keep the cheap products. I want my $115 US back but kept negotiating different low dollars back. I want my whole amount back I have now referred to the BBB . Panrila is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM !

  20. I agree that Facebook is allowing these companies to scan consumers. Panrila advertises using many different names. same product, pricing and stating made in USA and free returns. Also, they have fake names making positive comments on the product. All is untrue. The product comes (eventually) but it is impossible to return as they informed me they are located in Asia. They offered a 27.00 refund for a 100.00 product. Unfortunately, I fell for the ad.

Scam! Clothes run small. Poorly made. Cloying is nearly see throw the cloth is so thin! When you try and return the items they try and low ball you! I spent over $250 and they offered me $50 and I could keep the clothes.

I order 2 items on the Canadian website panrila. They sent 4 items n will not refund me for items I did not order. Clothes I wouldn’t even give to Salvation Army they are disgusting n don’t look anything like the picture. Where do I report this scam to? Anybody know? They must be stopped immediately so more ppl don’t loose their money. I’m very upset !

  22. Thank you for this article- very good. Also to add, Facebook allows them to advertise on their site (Facebook is a breeding ground for scammers/scams), on the Facebook ad, they claim their products are made in the US which is most definitely not true. On the panrila website they also claim to be a US company which is most definitely not true.
