I am also in Denmark and have the same comment as Per Sørensen. The support email does not work. The tracking # does not function. As far as I am concerned, it is a scam. No service available. Next time I will look to see if any particular company is listed on the internet as a scam. Thank you for the information.
I have been CHEATED by NUOTIU and unfortunately I did not find out before it was to late. So now I sit in Denmark with a big nose, this is what I got
