What is KangalTree.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing products such as tops, dresses, shoes, accessories, bottoms, pullovers, clothing, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have classified KangalTree as one of the doubtful site due to the following reasons:

# It has mentioned its parent company’s name as “CHICV UK LIMITED”. However, there are so many other suspicious and problematic sites which are using the same company name such as CowsgirlsInk, LunadroPub, Fancysis, Lonmiya, Icykol, Monmous, Yolons, ComfyPieces, Jennicoco, Minokaka, Comfytoo, FunLlivey, CozyColin, CheyNay, DaisyMode, Quoyora, Latticeci, Inhomepi, Rosiflo, Harlandco, Adalynia, and so on. CHICV UK LIMITED is operated by the same group which are operating CHICV INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED under which there are several problematic sites are operating.

# Companies operating under CHICV UK LIMITED have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. Not only that but the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor.

# We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

# It is selling the products on a heavy discounted rates that seems too good to be true.

# It has a Returns and Exchanges Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless for the return and exchange of items. Companies operating under CHICV UK LIMITED make customers pay for the return shipping cost. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from them.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. This website is a big Scam. The products do not correspond with the reality. The quality is really poor and they want the costumer to return the product in China. It is impossible to get all the money back.

  2. I received my order today and I can say only TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!! Nothing respond to the pictures they show. The quality is terrible! All plastic?I hope I can have my Monday back. I have been so stupid to buy without check some revenuenbefore?

  3. My experience with them is awful. The pictures of clothes rarely are shown on a model. Most of the measurements are simply false. The website offers no "impressum" which allows you generally to learn who you are doing business with and it gives you all the legal spiel, cost of return shipping, return policy etc. No such thing there. Once you receive your order, most articles are way off in their measurement, awful materials, generally way overpriced for a Chinese outfit. If you want to return items you are responsible to returnship after contacting them by mail to receive a "return form"! They purpisely don't reply as they hope the customer get's tired asking for the returnslip and keeps the merchandise. Getting your money back is another problem. On top go to your postoffice to find out how much you pay to returnship to China, the postage will make you drop dead! They claim to refund a week after receiving your return. Well that's a lie, communication near impissible as the use google translate which makes NO SENSE at all. Bottom line you have to trouble yourself involving Paypal/complaint and after sheer endless wait you will get your refund from paypal. This company offers overprized cheapest China made clothes and is NOT recommendable!
    Hope this helps others!

  4. It is an absolute scam. The quality of the products is super poor and the actual item has nothing to do with the pics. But "The privacy and policy" section states that they don't guarantee anything and they are not responsible for anything and you shop at your own risk.
    Don't fall for this.
