I order the dreambox from them Paid shipping plus insurance. I only ordered it because it said it was coming from California, but it wasn’t it was coming from China and when I found out I contacted customer service with my concerns. She kept saying it’s shipping and shipping. Please be patient. Well I never came and I tried to keep in contact several times and they just started ignoring me I never got a refund never got a package. It’s a scam all the way I lost my money.
I have been scammed by this company for almost £90.00 now I am finding it very difficult to get a full refund or any refund they just don’t want to know.
