Encomendei pela Anustine. Demoravam na entrega e alegavam que eram consequências da Covid 19. Aguardei e nada. Reclamei e passaram a alegar que havia problemas na alfândega e por isso iriam reembolsar mas nunca o fizeram. Fraude.
Typical FB advertiser. It's ghe same company with anustine. Lots of sites different names same site layout. I placed an order a on November, they told me due to covid it would take longer than expected(note: i paid for fast delivery). The day they said that my order should be sent they told me again that i have to wait for some more days. I got nervous of course and I asked a refund. They told me that the refund should take 20 days and I still wait my money back. They took my money haven't heard a thing from them. Away from them
I placed an order on January 31 and im finding it difficult to understand my tracking number g and when I called l FedEx for my details, it told me my tracking number is invalid. Now it's February 14 I have not received my package. The email on the website it's not working, I personally tried to reach out to them about my package because I was very concerned about the delays in my package and no one emails me back. What going on this website.
