# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items.

On 6/1/20, I placed an order with Mratc Club for an air conditioner. I didn't hear from them for a month, when I did, they emailed me a tracking number. That took another month to send to me, only I didn't get the air conditioner I ordered, I got a pack of 5 masks. How can you mix up a air conditioner with masks? I emailed them to let them know what happened, & I was asked for a copy of my order to see if they did make a mistake. If you are a business, & I have ordered from you, then you have my order information. Almost a week go by, & they want to know if they can send me 60% of my refund & I send the masks back to them. First of all, they made the mistake, I didn't, I waited almost two months for my air conditioner & they wait until we are having a heat wave to send me some masks? No. I want a refund in full. Wait another week, still trying to get me to pay for the mistake they made. I am disputing this with my card company as we speak. If you are not sure about a website, research first, it can save you a headache & your money. This company is a scam, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MRATC.

Yes, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank or credit card company. People who had provided this information to the bank or credit card company, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank or credit card company.

      Good Luck!
