  1. Hi
What damage can they do with the information they have?
I can see they got my first name and last, my email address, my actual address, my phone number and my IP address.

I called MasterCard and reported the fraud. So the credit card is no longer useful.
    How worried should I be?
What can I do to further minimized the damage done? Do I need to change my passwords etc.....

    1. If you have already cancel your credit card, then you don't have to be worried too much. But, you may get some spam emails and text messages which you can block or mark as spam. It is also better you change the password of your email address. If possible, also ask your internet service provider to change your IP address as well.

  2. added similar order while shopping at Home Depot, found much cheaper deal online. saving 60 bucks! searched reviews on different tab on phone & couldnt really find anything for the short search. Paypal made me feel better about the purchase so i went ahead with. as soon as Paypal was sent, transaction receipt confirmed sent to Shuai Yang. Red Flag went off & i knew i was taken for. i always felt paypal will be easiest to make the purchase more secured & protected (refund more timely) etc. i filed claim with Paypal & resolution center denied my claim. and due to covid19 unable to speak to any consumer service rep to explain the fraud transaction. after one day unable to file new claim on denied one, just lets me see my case is closed & view the results. i dont know whatelse i can try with Paypal.
also filed Complaint with Federal Trade Commission on Scaner.club.com

  3. So apparently this is a Chinese company and NOT a company in the USA. Just tried to purchase something and got an immediate red flag from our bank. So, we did not let the payment go through and blocked the site. All of the reviews online are fake, or posted by this company Lianshou LTD from China. There is no information online about this company and there is no information on the company that says they are in Nebraska.

    1. Yes, that is exactly what we are saying here. There may be lots of fake reviews but at least we are writing the real reviews here. As per our review, Scaner Club is a scam.

  4. Ordered a dewalt drill set about 5 days ago .... seems way to good to be true ... but had to try as it uses PayPal ... received a tracking # today shipping from china post ... So I am getting something??? STAY TUNED

    1. We don't think you will get anything from them. It's better you open a dispute via your PayPal account as soon as possible.

  5. I just bought 4 dewalt batteries, seemed.to good to good.to be true, and it was. I'm waiting for the pending charge to go through before my bank goes after them. I had looked up ripoffreport.com and thought since they werent on there, they might be correct. Nope, they a scam.

    1. You mean you like to remove your email address from Scaner Club website? If so, then that's not possible because once you submit your details to the scammer, even you delete those details on their websites, still they will have those details. So, you should always think twice before you submit your personal detail on any website.

  6. I order a Dewalt drill on 05-17-2020
After I submit the payment from my paypal account I don't see the order in my account instead of saying that I don't have any order. I call the customer service number on that site the message say it is not a working number I email to the seller and I don't get the reply. I filled a depute on paypal account. Paypal email me that this case is not cover. if any one can help to get my money back? Thanks
