MoreLegant Review: Genuine? MoreLegant Scam or Legit?

Morelegant complaints Morelegant fake or real Morelegant legit or fraud | De Reviews

What is MoreLegant .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as Dresses, Tops, Bottoms, Cozy Homewear, Shoes, Bags, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

MoreLegant is suspected to be the doubtful site because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The parent company’s name and address is provided on its Terms of Use page as PRIMTECH LIMITED: 201b.7 Cardinal Point, Park Road, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, England, WD3 1RE and that is also by taking a screenshot of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on its website. Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. Google Maps is showing some structure in the given address where there are multiple other business entities but we don't find any shop or store or business outlet with the name MoreLegant or Primtech Limited on or around the provided address. We also found that Primtech Limited acts as a representative office, providing solutions and technical service, on behalf of world-leading equipment manufacturers who wish to offer their products and solutions to customers in Israel. And we don't find any evidence that this site is operated by Primtech Limited. So it must be using this parent company name and address just randomly. This company name and address is also found to be used by other websites i.e. ShopinLucky, Fabricuty, Northkith, Durian-Us, Jellycan, IShowHappy, Kunyumi, FoggyLove, Katlory, UrbanAmys, AliensBuy, Nvlfjy, Willevan, Denimms, Credvita, etc. Hence, we shall not trust such an unprofessional site for the online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address PRIMTECH LIMITED: 201b.7 Cardinal Point, Park Road, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, England, WD3 1RE, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Its email address i.e. service@morelegant.vip is not related to its domain name.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we can say that MoreLegant is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

The product is nothing like the picture. The design is printed on the fabric not sewn into the dress. For a refund, I was required t0 pay return postage to CHINA, not the warehouse in the USA where it shipped from. Absoluitely, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY>

I too feel that the product was not what I ordered! A tiny package and horrible return policy. What else can a person do to get a refund?

Dress arrived - too small, wrong colour, badly made, lining about 2 feet too short and was all nylon. I asked for a full refund and a returns label. They gave me 10% refund even though I had declined it. Kept telling me to keep the dress even though it is of no use to anyone. They said very expensive to post items to China & quoted me US$40 for shipping. They also said I would not get a refund if the item is lost in transit. Then I was offered 40% & to keep the dress. I declined. Under the UK Law of Subject Access Request; I asked for name of people with whom I have been dealing, full company name and full address. I was sent a bogus address just stating a province in China. Still heard nothing from them! Can I claim back the full cost and P&P from my credit card provider?

Dress arrived and it was too small and was wrong colour and should have been dark green. Gave me 10% card refund even though I had refused it. Told them I want a full refund as it is also nylon and the lining is about 3 feet shorter than the dress. So it was not as advertised. Was offered 40% refund and to keep dress. I declined as it is no use to anyone. They said very expensive for me to pay to have it returned to China & may get lost so no refund would be given if that happened. Eventually they gave me a bogus address of a province in China - no dept, name of company, number or road, etc! I asked for person's name, company, etc under UK Law of Subject Access Request. They've been silent since & ignore my emails. Can I get a full refund, including P&P from my credit card company? BTW - does anyone want an awful dress for free?

  5. I sent back both dresses to a Jane in New Jersey certified, they were accepted but email after email they are saying they have not received them but offering 30% back of what I paid for them. Even though I have the receipt they were received they want me to send them back to China. Do NOT Oder from this outfit as I believe it to be a scam definitely. I will be a lot more careful in the future. Product was very undesirable.

  6. I've experience the same, wish I would have checked it out ahead of time, lesson learned. DO NOT order from their site, big rip off. They have no return policy, I to was told they could give me 10% back and 40% off on a future purchase because it would cost a huge amount to send back the product.

Are the dresses true, normally I wear xl in a shirt. My size for grey dress and blue gives it as x. Is it better to purchase the xl? Thank you Carol

I bought a dress from this company and paid in AUS $ which was then converted to US $ so in reality I was paying more than advertised as you pay an exchange fee. I received the dress yesterday and it is a horrible cheap imitation of the dress I thought I was purchasing. I will return to the Australian address it came from and request a refund. If they do not refund my funds I will take it to Fair Trading as I am not going to let this just go as a "dud buy". I am so angry as I planned to wear this dress to a wedding and now I have to look elsewhere (not online every again). Please do not buy from this company.

Do not buy from this site ...moreelegant is a companu that advertises great photos of quality products , but ships poor and sorry quality ...painted on buttons and painted on color fabric ...you will have a hard time with them getting a refund and they will charge you upwards of $40.00 for return shipping .....if you are not convinced I ask you to purchase only 1 item not several ...when that one item finallyr arrives ...you will be convinced and never shop there araing .

More of the same I am afraid. The dress I received bore little resemblance to the one I ordered. It was cheap and nasty as well. Could only be described as FUGLY. I'm not going to even try to get a refund as they are obviously a scam sight but I urge people to not purchase as you are sure to be disappointed.

This site is totally dishonest. The goods are nothing like the pictures or description. No response from company on returns. Do NOT order from this site.

I bought 4 teeshirts from this site. All were supposed to be large. However when they arrived 2 were large and 2 were extra extra large. I have been unable to return the unsuitable items because they have not provided a returns address despite multiple attempts to contact the company. I also think this company may be linked with multiple others that are also scams. I suspect Rightshe and Wesandy as being scam sites as well. I have learned from this experience

Absolutely agree with the above comment. I was certainly conned! When the dresses finally arrived (it took a month for More Elegant to send them to the courier!) they were definitely not worth the wait! Shaddy materials used and as above bore little resemblance to the items depicted.

Is there any way to get my money back maybe via PayPal?

I wish I'd checked this and other scam review sites before ordering from Morelegant. I ordered a dress on March 29. The company promptly charged my credit card and then sent me a shipping notice that said a shipping label had been created at a post office in Indiana. Since then, I've heard nothing, despite repeated emails to the company. DO NOT BUY FROM MORELEGANT.

I made the mistake of not researching this company before I ordered. I ordered 4 dresses on March 25. When I started tracking the shipment it sat in Los Angeles CA from Mar 26 to Apr 7. On Apr 7 it arrived in Jamaica NY and stayed until Apr 12 when it was shipped to Woodridge IL. On Apr 18 it was back in Metro NY; Apr 19 in Jersey City NJ; Apr 20 Columbia SC and finally delivered to Myrtle Beach, SC. Almost a month!! And why?? 1 dress did not fit and the choice I was given was to accept 10% refund and keep the dress. Or accept a 40% discount on my next purchase. Why would I want to use this company again! The 3 dresses I kept, look nice and what I ordered. But....

I seldom leave reviews.. Almost never a negative one. However I feel compelled to leave one for Morelegant. The site is very deceptive and borderline dishonest. The photos and the product received are not even close to the same. My wife's dress arrived in a envelope that was about six-by-six.inches.
It barely resembled the picture shown on thier site.
They offered only a 10% compensation.. I recommend do not buy from the site!!!

Do not order from morelegant. I ordered a dress and paid $54.98. I received an entirely different dress ,but same color, several weeks later that they advertised for $36. I emailed the company but have not seen a response yet.
I don’t plan to ever order from them again.

We ordered three dresses via a Facebook advertisement . The money was taken immediately . No confirmation email received I have tried to contact them via email with no reply. Needless to say no goods have arrived. Now three weeks have passed. Absolute scam . Do not use.
I will inform Facebook but doubt they will remove content.

Site withdrew money immediately. My bank's fraud department contacted me within 15 minute. Money gone. No receipt or notice of delivery..
