Received it 14 days after buying it on the website. Neet to say that I was not sure if o will receive anything or in what type of quality.

This s not good for me .. ordered 2 T-shirts from this company. Waiting for them, also to receive them like they are in the picture on the online shop...
But from all I read here, I will not have much hope. Maybe just lost 50$.

Will contact them both and the French embassy in China. Maybe I have a chance as I paid with PayPal for a dispute and reimbursement. Will also make an official (court) complaint in the UK and the USA if needed ...

They tried to trick me! I ordered a bunch of shirts. Apparently they didn't have size S, so they sent me size L instead and intentionally cut the tags from the shirts so I won't notice.
They made me waste my time, my money, and now I'm stuck with shirts that don't fit. They won't take responsibility for their actions and they want me to send the items back, meaning wasting more time and money because of their rude mistake.
They could've contacted me before shipping and explain the situation. However they chose to trick me and they expect me to act as if this was a normal mistake. The tags were clearly cut, there are residues, and shirts with size L I ordered DO have tags, so it is obviously intentional.
They don't even deny, confirm or say they are sorry. That's not how you treat a customer.
They should be flagged so other people don't get hurts and lose their money.

Terrible company and service. I ordered a large shirt and it was 6 inches too long for how wide it was. Ratio was entirely off and it was not wearable. I contacted customer support and received a reply a few days later. English obviously wasn't their first language with grammar, spelling and obvious errors. They wanted me to not return it because I would have to pay for shipping out of pocket. They offered a 15% refund.
The quality and fit of the shirt made it unwearable. Their response to me when I followed their return policy was: "We don't recommend you to send back the package for us because the return warehouse is in China, you need to pay for the shipping cost and duty tax. And maybe you should need to assist the clearance, more complicated."
Same story here! Do Not give this company money.
I made the mistake of purchasing two shirts which were very poor quality and medium size even though the shirt size says xl. Then I tried repeatedly to get return labels and they never did send them. Total scam website!
Don't waste your money. Product quality is very poor. The cut of the shirts and sweaters is comicly bad. Unless you're shaped like a tree trunk and have t-rex arms the clothing will not fit properly. Good luck trying to return anything. After multiple emails trying to process a return this was their response:

The company does exist, as I did receive my 6 shirts. HOWEVER ALL 6 SHIRTS ARE DIFFERENT SIZES. All packages stated XL but Only 2 of the 6 were sized somewhat correctly. NO RESPONSE FROM EMAIL ON HOW TO RETURN.
