Considering Melelly for your online purchase? If so, then first let’s figure out either is a Melelly.com scam or a genuine online store from this Melelly review.

What is Melelly.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing products like casual dresses, tops, two piece sets, dresses, sweaters, cardigans, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Melelly complaints. Melelly fake or real? Melelly legit or fraud?

Melelly is categorized to be one of the problematic sites because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD: 145-157 ST.JOHN STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, EC1V 4PW. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Melelly that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. Not only that but it has provided the screenshot of this parent company name and address than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam site when they copy-paste the address of some other company so that no one can find their site by searching this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as Tutinoe, Almaltz, MaladiaEvethia Trezca, Oasnera, Albetti, Cholith, Syltia, Hoseill, Vanlvis, Yvowis, Crofie, Abenyo, Bealiet, Bartiar, Locilia, Phyllin, Mellith, JokulMart, Duabeth, Leopone, Bartlia, Zerbar, Fairymin, Leotina, Gavlina, Lolipopn, Darnore, Loashion, SimonBuysArcoho, Dolorky, SkyComeNow, Gruyre, OnlyForShop, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. Me*****@*******il.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at an unrealistic discounted prices that mostly the problematic sites are offering.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has Return/Exchange Policy that is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, the conclusion can be drawn that Melelly is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I placed an order 4 weeks ago - still waiting to receive. I am contacting credit card company to reverse charge. Reading the reviews above, my concerns and hesitancy regarding this company and products have been confirmed.

  2. I placed an order with Melelly over 2 months ago. Have NOT received a damn thing!! OH but they got my money!! I found them on Facebook. I didn't think Facebook would have scammers on their site.
I have sent them sooo many emails and they NEVER get back to me.
I told them I was going to turn them in, then I get an email saying it's been shipped. So I get the tracking number and check it. HAHAH and USPS does NOT HAVE SUCH PACKAGE!!
    LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM BS COMPANY!!

DON'T BUY! The material is like Halloween costume grade. They are definitely located in China. My Paypal authorization came back in Chinese and this place is a scam. They will NOT honor their return policy and will tell you they will send you a much lower amount to keep the horrible clothes. I disputed with Paypal and they fully refunded me.

Same happened to me. Paid almost 100.00 for 3 tops …terrible quality….and are offering me 35.00! Don’t buy from them .their return policy says and I quote”30 Days Easy Return/Exchange” No paperwork in package ,no phone number to call. Took 5 emails to get a response. Am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Definitely not a US company…..China

  6. It is very difficult to get a refund, even though they advertise full refunds within 30 days for unworn, unwashed items. When I asked for a return authorization, I was offered a $20 discount to keep my items. I refused the offer and asked to return my items, and have not received a response from the company (in spite of their claim for 24/7 customer service. Items run small and don't fit well.

having trouble getting a return form from them, they say go to customer service but there isn't any

  8. Prior to ordering, I asked them several times where items are returned. Their replies never provide an answer. They only state that if I have a return, I should contaact customer service. I purchased from another company-Beachsissi- which claimed to be USA. However, returns were in China. Return postage was around $70. I never received the promised refund. Paypal was not able to help due to fact that items show received in China & Beachsissi claims items never cleared customs. This site doesn't seem legit.

  9. I have seen many of these items on websites originating in China. It is doubtful the clothing is made in the US, especially as it takes 35 days to arrive. I also found that the sizing on these items is generally too small.
