Melelly complaints Melelly fake or real Melelly legit or fraud

Melelly is categorized to be one of the problematic sites because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD: 145-157 ST.JOHN STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, EC1V 4PW. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Melelly that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. Not only that but it has provided the screenshot of this parent company name and address than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam site when they copy-paste the address of some other company so that no one can find their site by searching this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as Tutinoe, Almaltz, MaladiaEvethia Trezca, Oasnera, Albetti, Cholith, Syltia, Hoseill, Vanlvis, Yvowis, Crofie, Abenyo, Bealiet, Bartiar, Locilia, Phyllin, Mellith, JokulMart, Duabeth, Leopone, Bartlia, Zerbar, Fairymin, Leotina, Gavlina, Lolipopn, Darnore, Loashion, SimonBuysArcoho, Dolorky, SkyComeNow, Gruyre, OnlyForShop, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. Melelly@ontopmail.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at an unrealistic discounted prices that mostly the problematic sites are offering.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has Return/Exchange Policy that is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

This is a total scam! I sent over 20 emails. They will give me $50.00 credit to return $600.00 worth of cartoon quality clothing, but refuse to give me my full credit! We also have had two credit cards hacked since placing this sham order, Somebody needs to correct this and protect the consumers!

I ordered back on October 15, 2021, and I still have not received my order ($110.00). A rep by the name of Sara keeps giving me the runaround. She told me to be patient......I ordered over 3 months ago, my patience is gone! I requested a refund and they will not give me a straight answer. She told me that when my order arrived, she would give me a refund of $5.00! Yes, that's right $5.00. Please do not waste your time or money on ordering ANYTHING from this website. I will never make a mistake and order again.

  3. Buyer beware! Unfortunately I didn’t check them out before I ordered 3 items, it took forever to finally receive the very poor quality pieces that I paid over 100. They offered to refund me 12.00 I’m still going back and forth with the to get my money back. This is awful what they are doing but shame on me for not checking them out first and for using my debit card.

Do not purchase from them. The clothing is not nearly as nice as it appears. Returns are impossible. They keep offering me less than 50% of the purchase price to keep the clothing because shipping is too expensive, however, they have not provided the cost of shipping. I keep going back and forth. Additionally, they ran up charges on my paypal and credit card numbers. Do not call any number you find online.
