We’ve labeled Melarey as a dubious online store because of these reasons:

Company Address:

Melarey hasn't provided its company address on its website at the time of this review. However, it may provide in the future, but that still makes it suspicious.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products.

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that you are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.

So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Moreover, even its own customers have placed lots of complaints against it, which you can find on sites like Trustpilot, etc. (NOTE: Link this with Trustpilot - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/melarey.com

At first I thought this could be a scam, but regardless I wanted them to wear for beach photos. The only thing I got upset about was forgetting my make up bag. Lol. The pants was perfect! Still fit even after a wash and dry! Even though I will have to go back once again for a redo of the pics, I was thankful the jeans arrived just in time before we headed out!

I purchased sandals from them. They are very poor quality and asked to return the product. I sent an email and they wanted more information. So I stated the heels felt like I'm sinking backwards and that the rivets look like they will fall off at any moment. I let them know I wasn't happy and wanted to return the sandals. They let me know that they don't accept returns on sale items but would offer me two options. 1. A 30% off coupon for a future purchase from their site. 2. A partial return of 15% of the product price.

Not impressed. I should have know better. Buyer beware....if it looks too good to be true...

  3. I ordered two pair of shoes. They are cheap crap. Stay far far away from ordering anything from this company. Definitely not the same shoe in the pic on the website. Far less quality. It took a month in a half to get the product.

    1. Thank you! I’ve been burned before so Am trying to check this out and I appreciate your comment

Melarey is definitely a SCAM and most likely a company from China. I placed my order on 04/04/23 and as of today 04/18/23 it still hasn't shipped. From the reviews on this site, I will be disappointed when it arrives. I would highly encourage to not purchase on this site.

  5. Shipping time was 2.5 weeks which was ok, but not great CA to UT. Quality is terrible! Both pairs of sandals look super cheap and fake light brown rubbery plastic instead of cork. Overalls didn’t fit and hardware wasn’t attached. Contacted Melarey to return (WHY didn’t I just search these items and buy on Amazon??) and they DO NOT TAKE RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. I think every item they have is on sale! So they’re offering me a gift card for 30% of my retail total or 15% back. I don’t even know which sour option I’ll choose. I’m out $112. ????

I ordered 2 and a 1/2 weeks ago. It keeps saying it's in transit. Of course, it's in Illinois, somewhere with the town of 500 peach of people. Which of course, you know, as a scam? So don't ever order anything from this company, it's from Hong Kong.

CRAP! I WISH I SAW THIS...
They are a scam with crap product! I'm out $50 now. No returns, no exchanges...
How do these companies get away with this???

Wish I had seen this before ordering. Size was way off, quality of so-called "denim" is awful. Looked nothing like the pic. An added bonus--the hardware to secure the overall straps was not on the straps. No button holes either, so I guess I'll go through the hassle of return.

  10. Don’t order from them. I paid extra for my package to be delivered before Christmas and it was delivered to someone in Crest Grove New Jersey. Not my address. I didn’t put this on my order. So now they want me to pay to have it redelivered. Not doing that. They will deliver it to somebody else again. Never again.

  11. I wish I’d read reviews here rather than trusting the reviews on the individual items on their website! Ugh! I haven’t received my clothes yet, but when I got an email saying they are just now being “prepared for shipping” and something else that made it seem like it’s being shipped from china, I figured out that this “boutique” is just one of the million selling cheap knockoff crap from china. I’ve made this mistake a couple of times, you’d think I’d learn by now!?! I’m so disappointed! The clothes were so cute on the website! Why does Facebook allow these kind of businesses to FALSELY advertise their trash? I know my dumbass is mostly to blame, but it is disappointing to see that Facebook does nothing to prevent their users from falling for this crap.

  12. Melarey is a SCAM!!! I would know! Had to cancel my credit card as I never received my item OR a response from their “customer service” email that I contacted twice. Also tried to reach them on Facebook messenger to no avail. My credit card charge said YOLANDA HONG KONG and I was charged an international transaction fee that I was unaware of. THIS is why they do not have an address on their website. Stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!

I received my order today and these shoes look nothing like the shoes I purchased. These are the cheapest quality I’ve ever seen! The material is so fake and hard that it actually has creases every where. This is some fake manufactured plastic to copy the nice quality shoe they show on their website.

  15. I placed an order for over 200.00 around 6 weeks ago and still have no shipping info. As mentioned above there's really no way to contact them. Fortunately I purchased thru PayPal so I will file a claim with them..

  16. received a pair of denim jeans from them no denim to be found. They are made of rayon. Very poor quality. Sizing is off-way too big. Also they came from China. Seems like there is no way to return.

Fraudulent company who sells very cheap clothes that are barely stitched together. In addition to return something it has to go to China at your own cost of over 300$.. do not order from this company.
