I ordered 3 items from Masni.Store on Jan 15. I opened a case with Paypal and submitted 2 letters that stated Masni shipped my items on Jan 22. When I still did not receive my items Masni sent me a shipping number that stated I received my items on Jan 16.
Paypal denied the claim because Masni said they sent me the items.
I am currently trying to get an answer from Paypal on why I had to give Masni 30 days to answer the claim to which they stated they sent my items. Now they wrote me a letter telling me I am denied and I am left with an empty bank account and proof that Masni sent letters fibbing about their shipping and tracking schedule that I doubt anybody at Paypal even took the time to read.
I am writing Paypal once more with one more screenshot, where I tried to contact Masni.store and it has a 404 page and the page itself states it is "closed".
I ordered 2 of there craft storage locker's on January 22, 2021 and have not gotten a email of a tracking information or any such information. I tried to email the above email to find out something and it came back email address could not be delivered and is unknown. Great so what do I do now. There is no way of contacting this company and I spent $37.00. Can anyone please help me .....

I got taken by these crooks!! Ordered TWO convection ovens for my kids for Christmas and where were they "ALLEGEDLY" shipped from....Wuhan, China! Needless to say, I NEVER RECEIVED the items and because of their BS paperwork and fraudulent shipping papers, PayPal only reimbursed me for ONE...I am out almost $100!! TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE....IT IS JUST ANOTHER CHINA SCAM!!
I BOUGHT THE DESK BUT AFTER A MONTH I WAS UNABLE TO GET INTO THE WEBSITE AND EVERYTIME I TRYIED TO EMAILED SHERRY HUFFMAN THE EMAILED WOULDN'T GO THRU. I BELIEVE THIS A SCAM AND I WILL BE DISPUTING THIS ORDER.
