LuvvneHair site needs to shut down, very poor quality I trying to get my money back
I was scammed by a lot. What I received was trash, I put a match to a sample of the hair and it went up in flames...dangerous. They have to be shut down. I am going to do a rip off report on them and file a complaint with the federal trade commission for fraud.
I bought a few of these wigs from luvvne hair for myself and my daughters and these wigs were of very pout quality and they all looked the same. I purchased 9 wigs and this was a waste of money. The descriptions were very deceiving. These wigs tangle very quickly and shed. I took a few out the bag and they tangled quickly. They are not human hair and this website is a liar and takes your money. Don't believe anything they say and don't buy from luvnne hair.

The wigs arrived - the most horrendous wigs I have ever seen - poor quality hair that sheds even as you are looking at it.
I will throw the wigs in the garbage where they belong and walk away with a lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake I made - do not order from this fake company that has tried to disguise under the real company - LUVME!

It said my items was delivered and it wasn’t !!! I called numerous numbers and it doesn’t exist and I’m trying to email and no response wtf glad I used a disposable card no real Information it sucks
Why isn't the government stepping in and shutting down companies like this. It should be against the law to scam hardworking Americans out of their hard-earned money. I was too a victim of this company and want them shut down. You have scammers everywhere. If they not calling your phone, they're online doing this foolishness. Stealing people's money, information, and time.

I wish i would have did my research before ordering.I ordered two wigs they were 19.99 each and i only recieved one it was nothing like what was pictured on the website. it is not a lace from and it is not brazillilon hair. It looks like a costume wig.
This website is a scam. I ordered 3 wigs and I only received one and the wig they sent was like a Halloween costume. Luckily PayPal gave me a refund
I was also a victim I paid my money three four weeks later I still haven't received the wigs and I finally got one and it was very fake very synthetic it was not a real wig at all and no one ever emailed me back when they have on their website that they'll get back to you within 24 hours or less all lies this is a scam watch out for them .
Wish I had come here first before ordering!! I ordered on March 7th and still have not received my order!! Shipping said got to USA on March 14 it is now March 28th still nothing!! Ladies don't do it!! Definitely scam!!
I made a purchase from the store on March 9th 2022 and I haven't received that purchase yet. I made it through PayPal so hopefully PayPal will be able to refund my money I also made a complaint against them through PayPal and also my bank thank you so much for your information it is very very helpful we need to get out this much information from this company as we can and stay away from them if they need money they need to go and work instead of stealing people's money

So am I! I ordered 3 wigs and only received one! I have been contacting them to let them know that they mixed up my address and I never received an response from them so I had to do my own investigation to figure out how to change my address. Finally, I contacted USPS and let them know that I had deliveries that were supposed to be coming through them and I needed to change the address. I went online and did that but noticed that there is NO TRACKING information that I can find as to where my order is! I have yet to receive an email back from them about ANYTHING. I got their site mixed up with the REAL one "LUV ME" I'm pretty confident that they did this on purpose to confuse people and take their money. The one wig that I did get does NOT look like the one I ordered either! ???
I've gathered some valid info on this company, and screenshot a lot of things. When I placed two separate orders and they neglected to fill that order I felt something wasn't right. So I started digging. I will include their real email in this message. Don't message them yet until you have won your case. My case was closed in my favor, I received all my money back today. I placed the order on April 4th, received a refund on April 25th
