LucuryBuy.com is a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-

# The website theme, website script, almost everything of LucuryBuy.com exactly matches with other scam sites such as CandyFuture, 1SuperShop, ShopMyBest, ForYouthSome, Soleget, Poisly, Setcoming, SuperGoMall, Rena1ssance which are proven scam sites. Even its contact number "1-626-456-6688" is using by those similar scam sites. So, it is clear that “Lucury Buy” is also operating by the same cybercriminal who has other similar kinds of scam sites.

# Although LucuryBuy provides the option to purchase the items using the credit card, it hasn’t provided the required security measures to secure the credit card information of the client. So if you shop at this site, your credit card information can be stolen.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. I also got Scammed with the Hot Tub , after 5 Months I receive a USB cable!!

J'ai acheté un mid rise frame lift le 11 janvier et malgré mes mails jamais recu le produit que j'ai payé 99 dollars ils m'ont repondu une fois que c'etait en traitement depuis plus de reponse!!!!

We also ordered and paid by credit card for an inflateable hot tub in December 2018. Have been trying since January to contact someone from the site and had no answer at all. They sent us a tracking number too but nobody know in the post office where it is. we have been phoning the site several times and got no answer either.
We will try to get a refund from our bank. We are in Argentina.

Stupidly we ordered and paid by credit card for an inflateable hot tub in December last year. Have been trying since January to chase up as to its whereabouts. They sent me a tracking no. which stated it had been delivered on 15th. January. No proof whatsoever from our local post office that it had been delivered. Australia Post has followed through only to find they supposedly only deliver to P.O. box addresses which we do not have. I can't get an answer from lucurybuy as to what address they put on the order. BEWARE They still advertise on facebook. How do they get away with this.

  Sorry to hear that. It's better you contact your bank or credit card company to change your credit card since these kinds of scam sites can charge your credit card randomly without your consent as long as they have your credit card information. Sometimes a bank or credit card company also can help you for a refund.

  Yes, LucuryBuy is a scam site. So, we suggest you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If they are unable to help you for a refund, at least tell them to cancel your credit card and get the new one since these kinds of scammers can also charge your credit card further without your consent as long as they have your credit card details. If you have paid from PayPal, then we suggest you open a dispute through PayPal as well as change your PayPal’s password.
