Even we don’t find any proof that Vankin Company Limited is operating the Lensieh website. Lensieh - Sunshine shoes are absolute garbage! They are flimsy and poorly made. The glue that holds them together is nauseating. It took almost 3 weeks to receive them and as soon as I unpacked them, I wanted to return them. The website says there is a 14 day return window. It took several back and forth emails over those 14 days to find out that to return the shoes for a full refund, I had to ship them back to China!! They offered a 40% refund before disclosing the actual return policy. SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!
BUYER BEWARE: I wish I had discovered this review site before I made the purchase of these Lensiah shoes. I purchased these shoes over a month ago. I attempted to cancel the order immediately before the item shipped. The response from customer service (Feray) was that the order had already been processed and I would need to wait for the item to be received and provide pictures of the package, shipping label before an RMA would be provided. Order was received a month later and pictures were sent to customer service (Feray). after they received the pictures of the unopened package, Feray would not provide an RMA. For full refund I would need to send the product back to china at my cost before a refund would be provided. The other option was a 40% refund I get to toss these pathetic shoes in the trash. I have yet to receive a refund. THIS IS A SCAM!. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered shoes 2 months ago. If you try to use their tracking, it is in chinese and not user friendly. How does Google allow these sites to scam us out of my hard-earned money.
This company is a total scam- Ordered shoes that they claim are US made and it is not true- Shoes I ordered came from China with actual tracking starting in China- If you want to return them the return address is CHINA! This info provided by company itself- Do not waste your money with this scam company-
I ordered a pair, I was provided no order number? When my order was complete it immediately switched to a page advertising vacations in Qatar? I could not retrieve any information at all. I was told I would receive an email and text message but I received nothing. I placed a stop on my credit card.
I have received the shoes but with no packing slip, nothing and it has been shipped from a strange address in Los Angeles ,I googled that address but it is a nail salon and restaurant? I don’t know where to return them. If you notice the address in the Uk is on Fake St????
Do not buy these it is a nightmare plus the shoe are nowhere near the quality described.

How long for delivery or order?
Shoes not as advertised, No soleinserts that were advertised,
Bought the casual mens shoes that were advertised.
In terms of comfort they were highly over rated -they can’t hold a candle to the sketchers brand.
I purchased Dr Scholls insoles to make the Lensiahs comfortable enough to wear.
The Dr Scholls will undoubtedly outlass the Leniahs
if it's too good to be true.....this company fits that definition.
Ordered shoes did arrive (shipped from California, but shoes were defective.
Contacted Lensieh via email and did receive prompt reply.
However, they only offered to provide a 50% refund!
Pushed issue several times and best response was a 60% refund or ship shoes to China at my expense for full refund. Shipped to me from CA but need to return a defective product to China at my expense to get a full refund? What kind of customer treatment is this!
Suggest you do not do business with this company.
