I brought 5 items over 4 weeks ago. They haven't arrived yet, I can not track through the email as my phone is detecting an unsafe site and scam. So disappointing, a waste of $250Au, very upsetting

***AVOID*** I agree with all of the reviews and have had the same experience with the horrible customer service and terrible return policy. They are 100% not a US-based company as their website claims. After refusing multiple discounted offers from them and demanding a return address, I was given the address to a warehouse in Dubai! They basically stole $150 if I don’t accept their crappy offer of $47. After many threats and back & forth, I decided to see if other people had the same experience and low and behold, there are many folks in the same boat. This place should get shut down because it is clearly fraud and theft.

Total rip off. I ordered three items which should have fit per the sizing chart. They took forever to arrive and then when I tried to return/exchange them, the frustration really began. The site advertised “easy returns “. It took over a dozen emails and constantly haggling to get them to give me the address to send the merchandise back. Their first offer was a $25 credit. I spent $116. When I refused that, they offered 60 something. Only after threatening to dispute the charge with my credit card company did I receive the return address. It cost me $32 dollars to mail it back and I finally received my credit. NEVER AGAIN! Do NOT order from this website.

  4. I be ordered 3 items over a month ago. I’m still waiting for them. They cost $200. I have emailed and get no answer. Total garbage. Avoid.

  5. I ordered 5 sweaters. I read your return policies and your ads say you're based in LA. I was sent the wrong sweater for one. One smells and is itchy. Another is too small. One has shoulder material that bunches and won't stay where it's supposed to. I emailed to ask to exchange/return and can't get an answer except that you want me to pay return shipping to Dubai. I spent $250 for clothes I can't wear, can't return, can't exchange. I even agreed to take a $50 credit and keep the items if someone could just send me the one sweater I ordered that was wrong. Every time someone replies to me they don't read my other emails and keep giving me bs replies. This is ridiculous!

I too just bought a dress 2 weeks ago. They missed their deadline. They also asked me for a small $5 refund and to keep the dress. Then offered me $10 credit. So ticked off. Never again.

I bought 3 items from this company. One is great, although not quite a pictured, another is not exactly as pictures but nice quality and soft,
And one is completely different and has an absolute disgusting odor to it. Almost like extreme body odor. I’ve been trying to return but they keep offering me $10-$20 to keep it. I paid $50 and will not wear die to disgusting smell. Still trying to get a refund or a replacement of my choosing. They say item most be sent to Dubai when website states items are made in US and ship from US or UK. This is obviously a lie. Beware!!’ Too bad because they have some pretty items.
