Hi. I ordered a guitar from this so called joelact company on 31st May this year. I made the mistake of not checking them out fully as I assumed being advertised on YouTube it would be fairly safe. I was even given a tracking number and email stating that it was being prepared for shipment. 3 weeks have now passed and absolutely nothing. I am infuriated at how simple it is for these people to get away with plain daylight robbery on vulnerable victims. They should be jailed, but clearly the law don't give a damn. I won't go into what I think they should get as punishment. They need eradicating end of.
