Ivtina complaints Ivtina fake or real Ivtina legit or fraud | De Reviews

What is Ivtina.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling fashion and clothing products like tops, outerwear, dresses, bottoms, jumpsuits, rompers, two-piece sets, bags, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Ivtina is classified to be a doubtful site because of its following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided the parent company's name and address at the bottom of its Checkout page as Kenting Ridge Ltd: 6-9 The Square, Stockley Park, Uxbridge, England, UB11 1FW. However we found that this company name is used by several other sites like KoreyoShe, Paxely, BlackFreya, Toyior, BlackTeaBoy, DollsJoy, StuzzyWow, PopularBuyOnline, Friford, Nativenam, WconyTop, Stormarry, Eeaglegoo, Noplum, Cozguy, Tedyfook, BetyWigs, Luvazur, Facing-Mall, Gymshly, Cappotto-Mall, Holiax, Elakeonline, and so on. Google Maps is showing "Regus - Heathrow, Stockley Park, The Square" on the given address instead of any company or Business outlet with the name Kenting Ridge Ltd or Ivtina. A legit company always provides a separate company address but not the one used by several other sites. Hence, we shall not trust such an unprofessional site for the online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is offering unrealistic heavy discount offers on the products it sells which seems too good to be true.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Furthermore, a lot of content as well as the website theme matches with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Returns Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. It further says that you are responsible for return shipping charges. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

As per the aforementioned facts, we have come up with the conclusion that Ivtina is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

The items are poorly made and the sizes are extra small. To send it back it cost $100 plus dollars, i will never purchase from IVTina again .

  3. Don’t bother with this website. I bought a jacket cardigan from them thinking it was being shipped within USA. I made the mistake of not reading their website because it shows their company is based in China. When I asked them to cancel my order, they told me that they shipped it out already and right after that email I sent them, I got a notification that my item was shipped.

The jacket cardigan received was nothing like the picture. It was only after some time when I realize they stole the design from another brand and also stole the pictures. So what this company gave me was some hideous cheap Halloween costume cardigan that was unlined in the inside (so it’s bare white) and was also a whole 12 inches longer than my height. When I contacted the company to tell them the item isn’t as depicted, they tried to argue with me and now it’s been 4 days and they haven’t responded to my return request (for something that was their fault).

  4. They're a scam. Don't bother. I ordered a red cardigan from them and when I looked up reviews and realized they're a Chinese scam website, I tried to cancel my order. They coincidentally "created tracking" via USPS right after I asked to cancel my order. I received the item in a timely manner but the material on it is cheap like a Halloween costume and had threads hanging everywhere. If it were cotton or some sort of cheap linen, it would've been tolerable. Now I have to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back.
