Is Innikipark a scam or a genuine company?

Before coming to any conclusion we are going to show you the real picture of this Inniki Park company from our research and findings after which you can easily figure out whether it is a fake or real company or you shall trust this website or not. We know that the scammers are so smart that they are making such online sites which seems just like original sites but please note that when the company is a scammer, they leave so many loopholes that can be figured out. Thus, let’s talk about some major factors which definitely explain whether the company is a scam or legit.

So let’s start with the INNIKIPARK review:

Innikipark is an online shopping clothing store that offers attractive dresses, tops, outerwear, and several other fashion items. But on the other hand, somehow, it is also selling completely different items like Car Models, RC Bounce Car Toys, German Craft Stainless Steel Kitchen Rack and so on which is a weird combination of items that mostly found to be offered by scam sites. Actually, there are so many things you must know about Innikipark before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Innikipark as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

First of all, the company’s address and contact phone number of Innikipark has not been provided on its “Contact Us” or “About Us” details. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide their information and if any company is not providing the verified company address then we shall not trust such companies. The only company's address that you can find is in the second Privacy Policy page which you can access from the bottom of the Checkout page. Yes, there are two Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and so on pages of Innikipark website. On that second Privacy Policy page, you can find out Innikipark has mentioned its company's address as "1803 West Tamarisk Street, Phoenix, Arizona, United States, Arizona AZ 85041, United States" which is an address of residential home but not an address of any shop or store or company (Source: Zillow.com). So, this proves it has provided the fake company's address.

Likewise, if you check their one “Terms of Service”, you can find that they have mentioned their Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK but in another "Terms of Service", they have mentioned their Terms of Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. So, how can we believe what they are saying? Even having two Terms of Service pages itself is a blunder.

Payment Gateway:

If you click the payment gateway icons like AMEX, JCB, VISA, PayPal, etc. placed at the bottom of the Innikipark website, those are not clickable. Legit companies mostly provide clickable payment gateway icons and scam companies mostly use such icons only for the display in order to look genuine and trick the people.

Copied Images/contents:

Innikipark is using the copied images from the other site which the legit sites never do. The images of the products are cropped as the faces of the models used in those images are hidden in order to escape from the copyright issues as it will be difficult for the copyright holder to find such images easily. Secondly, the quality of the images is also blurred and low as in other scam sites due to copied ones. Similarly, the contents of Innikipark including its About Us page match with a bunch of scam sites such as Topstylistore, MeetYous, Hot.Existwet, Store.Be-Singer, Richony, Ouryee, Maidinashop, NowHereVIP, Bbapple9181.MyShopify, OK.TyCove, Shop.Objecttop, Edgepink, Siodhe, One.Zimpleaserthier, Smesmeytljned.MyShopify, Abendance, Lightown, Dearfed, SujinDesign, Sweqoi.MyShopify, BriannStore, Shop.Hamust, Destinyn, Chuffed, TeighezynordCity, ZimpleaserthierClub, KimberlySuit, YesSunFree, RedTopSun, Lovewangs.MyShopify, Boardcoin.MyShopify, Infernohome, Aprilcatchy, AllGoodStar, Bungoes, Lamerly, Shesamply.MyShopify, PuksopStore, ExistwetLife, Ou.Lesscup, Roackies and so on.

Discount and Sales offers:

Just think is it trustworthy that some genuine site really can afford to provide huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% in almost all of the products they sell? Definitely not because how can they make a profit with this type of business strategy? We have found that such a strategy is used by most of the scam companies to attract and trick people on their website and Innikipark is also following the same strategy.

Returns and Refund:

Innikipark has returns and refunds policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus which says that the product must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition of delivery to be eligible for the return and refund. Now without opening the packaging and using it, how can a buyer know about the quality or the proper functioning of the product? However, they even make customers pay for the refund i.e. product shipping cost which is mostly non-refundable. And the customer support, as well as delivery time, of sites similar to Innikipark is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to this and that provisions.

There may be an argument that after all they are offering refunds but you must be clear that they are only trying to escape from the consumer’s legal issues but actually this kind of refund policy is adopted by only the scam companies as getting a refund from them is almost impossible due to their this and that provisions.

Other factors which indicate Innikipark to be the doubtful site are:

# Innikipark looks like yet another company which is following the same regular pattern and modus operandi i.e. content and website theme which other suspicious or scam companies generally use.

# Innikipark may cheat the shoppers by sending the fake or very cheap quality products other than they advertise on their website or lesser the value of the product.

# Innikipark has not secured its website due to which its customers’ personal information like their email address, credit card details or payment gateway details may be utilized for others benefits or maybe for the scam.

Our Final Verdict:

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on how Innikipark and similar type of companies are doing their business and are they really a recommended sites or not, what are their basic fundamental approaches and how they are scamming the people.

Nevertheless, we have come up with the conclusion that Innikipark is one of the suspicious websites and we do not recommend it because they seem to be cheating their customers very smartly. We recommend you not to make any purchases from this website because either they will not deliver you the product or will deliver such a quality product that is not worth your purchase value. In both ways, you will be defeated by them.

Hence we recommend you to cross-verify by yourself to find out if it’s a scam or a legit company.
