I ordered a bike for my Grand daughter on July 7th. Never received my order or a tracking number. Unable to find out any information on my order. I used PayPal thinking I was making a safe purchase. After reading that others are going through the same nightmare I will be contacting PayPal and the better business bureau.
July 5 ordered a bike from Hoiyfn.Myshopify July 16 filed a claim because I have not received my bike or tracking number. July 24 received an email from Paypal with USPS Tracking # for a First Class Package was delivered to an individual. No bike delivered. Hoiyfn & Myshopify & Paypal are a Scam. Filed a claim with Paypal and waiting on them to provide an update. This is not the first claim filed against this buyer - HOIYFN and Paypal & Myshopify are aware that they are allowing buyers to SCAM clients. PayPal & Myshopify are not checking on sellers information are legitimate.
Sorry. Meant Paypal & Myshopify are allowing sellers to scam their clients. Paypal should know better to pay sellers and the items have not been shipped or delivered. They are part of the problem.
Thank you. I wish I had seen this before I made my purchase. It’s been 48 hours since I ordered a bicycle and still have not got a tracking number. I tried calling their phone number and it says it’s disconnected. I did email them.
I'm dealing with it now. Pay pal isn't much help and they denied my claim
Please contact Shopify to report Hoiyfn.myshopify.com is a scam also contact your State Attorney General. Please be aware of receiving a tracking number for a bogus address near you. PayPal will not verify the address for the tracking number. If they provide you a USPS tracking number contact United States Postal Inspector and file a claim for fraud.
