On June 24, 2021, I paid EUR 28.96 to Hoailyukgb (Standard Shipping Over $ 45 to Get Free Shipping). for the product Mulitfunction Juicer Buy 1 SET x 1 which they advertised on Facebook under the name hoaily. Confirmation that the payment was made I received from Hoaily via my email, which I prove by their response to my email.
When I asked (via email) to answer (hoailyukgb) the question, what about my order and why they don’t send it because I paid for it? I received a (response) unreasonable offer from service@hoaily.com OFFERING ME A REFUND OF $ 5 AS A PRODUCT COMPENSATION that I paid in the amount of EUR 28.96.
As I consider myself deceived by hoailyukgb, because they have repeatedly offered me a refund via email in various amounts that did not even come close to my payment (2 EU, 5 EU, 8 EU), PLEASE ANSWER ME, are you ready to help me solve this problem or refer me to the email of the RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN 'HOAILYKGB' to file a complaint about such unprofessional and fraudulent behavior of hoailyukgb.
PS. I also have a notice from hoailyukgb from China whose item number - RF025188718LT (which they "allegedly" sent) does not match the product tracking number (Tracking number: SYRM117054514) that I paid for.
Please help me and reply to the mail, in order to remove doubts, and thus prevent a large number of customers from being deceived by hoailyukgb.

After a bit of research and ssrambling of information, I have learnt the amount paid for my Rotating Storage Rack has landed up into a Chinese company named : Fuwanjia Supermarket, Nanzhou town. Have raised the dispute with Paypal for the same. What concerns me is established mediums such as Facebook or PayPal should have governing rules and sanity check prior to enabling any advertising firms online. It`s sad to see the hard earned money burn this way, nevertheless let`s keep the fight on !

I ordered two of these items " Rotating Storage Rack. Utilize in any room of the house," since June, It has not been delivered and it is not at the post office as they suggest but they are telling me the item is delivered.
I am in the same position as these customers i ordered the rotating storage rack also , and received a piece of 4” green plastic which had the tracking number that they claim is attached to my order ?
After several emails I was offered a $ 5 refund scam for sure
I have been sending emails to these people back and forth. They are telling me the items were delivered. I did receive a tiny box with a little pink plastic in it. Don't know what it is. These people are criminals. Shame on them.

I ordered two rotating 3 tier storage trolleys and today i received a piece of garbage,a tiny piece of cheap plastic that fits in the palm of your hand.I have never been so shocked and was in disbelief when it arrived.

Me too. This seems to be a new form of scam! You order something, pay a considerable sum and the company sends you rubbish a fraction of the value of what you ordered. They are then laughing all the way to the bank. I say it’s a new form of scam because it’s the second time I’ve been caught in the same way! Bought something and received something totally different to my order at a fraction of the money paid. First time nobody could work out what the little black box was for!

I placed a order with Hoaily the last of June never got I had my credit company check they say they sent it.Now i'm trying again to get my money back.I say they are a scam.
I ordered this items 02/21 still not received my rack. This is scam.dont oder from this company. Be careful they just like your money. Don't give the items.
I ordered the very same black square rotating shelves from a company called Speedkloud, which is probably the same company, and had no end of trouble with them. I was sent a cheap, tatty spoon and fork set instead, which I was asked to post back to them. I did eventually get a refund for the shelves, but am still fighting to get the £9-70 it cost me to post the spoon and fork back to China from the UK.

I received an electric travel toothbrush instead of a veg rack !!!!! Payed buy PayPal set a dispute 10 days later got all the money back PayPal were amazing . The toothbrush works very well I never even considered getting one so they did me a favour really lol
I believe this is a scam company. It is similar to another where I got scammed for ordering the shelf units. Luckily I paid thru PayPal and opened up a dispute to fight my case. Can't believe these companies get away with all this. Pls do your research by checking company name address through it's reviews before purchasing. I learned the hard way

I am disgusted by this website and the fraudulent practices ?. I ordered some shelves for my daughter to take to college and I haven’t heard anything from this website. Does anyone know what “name” they use when charging the credit cards? I can’t even identify the charge. Is there any way to hold this, and many other fraudulent companies, liable for their actions?
You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

Send your complaint by email to "service@hoaily.com. It will not do much for you anyway because they are just going to tell you to check the post office and give you a tracking number for a little box they send you with a piece of plastic in it.
I will put it all over the Internet do not order anything from them they are completely scammers what I ordered and what I got or two different things and of course I’ll never get my money back I am begging you never ever order from them
