Do you not even go on this website hell k.com is what I would call it. I paid for an item said it was delivered then said a replacement would be sent after I sent them proof that it wasn’t delivered. Still no item a year and a half later.

Complete crooks! Paid for a V8 Engine Kit, website shows it was delivered, but was not! Bewware and never buy from Helkay!
Do NOT deal with Helkay under any circumstances. Company alleged it had delivered goods ordered and paid for ....to an address that was 1,100km away. Helkay won't refund the purchase price paid or reply to correspondence sent to its helkay@163.com email address. Notified Helkay that I would lodge a Disputed Transaction if it did not reply to my emails or arrange for a refund. As expected, Helkay ignored my emails so a Disputed Transaction lodged and agreed with by my Credit Card provider.
DO NOT DSEAL WITH HELKAY.....a totally dishonest company.
Total scam , bought Rat Fink for my Husband for Christmas, never came, …a bunch of emails to them and one bogus we will look in our warehouse… I’m going to get my money back through Pay Pal..

After 2 months never rec item I spent $124.00 for. They said it shows I received but their shipping number to track is untraceable. They have played with my messages for weeks. I am calling my credit card company because it doesn't appear PayPal will get me a refund. JWitting
Never buy from Helkay total scam company. I spent $104 on the garden eagle and owl and never received it. They have no refund policy for items never received by the customer. The company’s return policy, you have to pay shipping cost to China. Which is a minimum of $100. What a joke. Don’t buy anything form these clowns. Worthless company and a bunch of thieves.
I had placed an order in November 2021 and I never received my item I have emailed several times they said they would resend the item but it never came I had emailed several times since and no response so I lost 60.00 dollars do not trust this company
Save your money. The item I purchase was incomplete and also nothing like in the picture. Imposible to return due to cost. Don't buy from this company. Beware of getting a virus as well
