Heelsium complaints. Heelsium fake or real? Heelsium legit or fraud?

What is Heelsium.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling Pain Relieving Insoles, sneakers, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Heelsium is suspected as one of the problematic sites because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

This online store has not provided its company’s address on its website. Such information shall always be provided on its website by legit companies. Thus, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at heavy discounted rates that none of the legit sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which says that the customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

All the above mentioned facts are enough to conclude that Heelsium is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

    Also alles aufheben (Screenshots machen)!

I ordered compression socks! I wanted only one pair to try them but I put a 2 instead of 1 pair! Couldn’t find a way to change order! Then I wrote to Hellsium and talked to Paul! I explained to him what happened and he said he would take care of it however. My credit card was billed for $59.90. I then told him about it and he said he would help me out and refund my bank account! I got the socks and their was 3 pair in package! Looks like I’m out $59.90. I also see there on Amazon for $8.99. What cost me so much more! Buyer beware!

Yep so ordered a pair of shoes in March and they arrived. $69.97 they are terrible . I have sent 4 emails trying to return them with no luck getting a response. I guess my $69.97 is gone. I feel violated.

Awaiting my replacement order. First order returned to shipper. Second order (allegedly generated by Heelsium) was to have been delivered five days ago. I suspect I will never see it. I have been dealing with these people for over six months now.

I have had a nightmare experience with this company. I tried to cancel my order. Was told it’s too late but could return for a refund when I got them. It took over three weeks for my order to arrive. My husband wore the socks for three days and made his feet worse. Tried to return for a refund. Had no invoice with the order. They did send me an invoice and shipping label via email. I mailed the unused socks and inner soles back and they came right back to me. Address unknown. My credit card is now frozen and I’m out $146.00. This company is a scam!!!

Do not order from this site. Extensive delivery delays. I’ve written to them three times to arrange return shipping for a refund as they do not fit. Also the quality is very poor. They claim to have a 60 day return period but do not respond to my emails.

I had a similar experience. “Expedited” shipping. Right! 2 months later I get sneakers which were too tight. Because of the insane return policy PayPal got my money back. I always use PayPal for this reason

Appears to be a company selling snake Oil I need a lot more info before ordering from this company. A BBB membership would go a long way too proving this company worthy.
