Heelsium complaints Heelsium fake or real Heelsium legit or fraud | De Reviews

What is Heelsium.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling Pain Relieving Insoles, sneakers, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Heelsium is suspected as one of the problematic sites because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

This online store has not provided its company’s address on its website. Such information shall always be provided on its website by legit companies. Thus, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at heavy discounted rates that none of the legit sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which says that the customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

All the above mentioned facts are enough to conclude that Heelsium is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. Show them this review as a reference.

I bought the sneakers and they didn’t fit. I contacted them and after a few emails I got a return label. I did what they instructed and sent them back but haven’t gotten a refund. They owe me $69.97. It’s a scam!

  7. We bought 2 pairs. One pair had one white shoe and one off white.
After wearing them for one month, the side straps are falling off.

Definitely a scam! Ordered these shoes more than a month ago. Photos look good on their site should of realized you can’t get a high end pair of shoes for only $69.00! Damn! What a sucker I was! The tracking # they emailed me says after 3 weeks of waiting for it to ship its now today leaving China! I live in Texas! I’m going to call my credit card company & see if it’s possible to get them to reverse the charges but I’m sure it’s too late!!’ I hope & expect terrible karma to come to them. I’ll never buy anything online again ever way too many scams!!! Shame on them! I’ll either get a crappy cheap pair of shoes or nothing. They did even have a person write me back about my concern who seemed legit.

In your order trying to order 3 pairs of socks with 2 free at $15.27 pair which totals $45.81 how do you get a total of $76.37. This was my question a week back when I tried to place an order but someone said it was a gitch. Seems here again. Unless some explains how one gets the total I am not giving any of my card info.

In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item, which will definitely have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank, credit card company, or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank or credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank, credit card company, or PayPal.

I did receive my shoes after 2 weeks and they are far too narrow for my feet I ordered a size larger than I normally wear and still they are not wide enough. They state that they will eventually after a number of days they say refund to my card. I'm concerned that if I return my shoes to Soles4Souls 1169 County Road 868 Wadley AL 36276 that I'll lose my shoes and my money, I'm very nervous about this operation wish I'd never heard or bought from them.

I ordered a pair of socks, no tracking info. So I contacted the comp by email and was told their tracking site was down. Since then I've gotten 3 emails stating that my order is on it's way. Was told shipping takes 8 to 15 days. Haven't gotten anything yet. Save yourself the hassle and don't order!

I ordered compression socks! I wanted only one pair to try them but I put a 2 instead of 1 pair! Couldn’t find a way to change order! Then I wrote to Hellsium and talked to Paul! I explained to him what happened and he said he would take care of it however. My credit card was billed for $59.90. I then told him about it and he said he would help me out and refund my bank account! I got the socks and their was 3 pair in package! Looks like I’m out $59.90. I also see there on Amazon for $8.99. What cost me so much more! Buyer beware!

Awaiting my replacement order. First order returned to shipper. Second order (allegedly generated by Heelsium) was to have been delivered five days ago. I suspect I will never see it. I have been dealing with these people for over six months now.

I have had a nightmare experience with this company. I tried to cancel my order. Was told it’s too late but could return for a refund when I got them. It took over three weeks for my order to arrive. My husband wore the socks for three days and made his feet worse. Tried to return for a refund. Had no invoice with the order. They did send me an invoice and shipping label via email. I mailed the unused socks and inner soles back and they came right back to me. Address unknown. My credit card is now frozen and I’m out $146.00. This company is a scam!!!

Do not order from this site. Extensive delivery delays. I’ve written to them three times to arrange return shipping for a refund as they do not fit. Also the quality is very poor. They claim to have a 60 day return period but do not respond to my emails.

I had a similar experience. “Expedited” shipping. Right! 2 months later I get sneakers which were too tight. Because of the insane return policy PayPal got my money back. I always use PayPal for this reason

I ordered a pair of Heelsium and they were delivered in about 2 weeks. They are quite comfortable so I am happy with my purchase.

  26. I wish I had known about your helpful website prior to using thie company, Heelsium.
Last night I ordered from this them. On the final page I realized the size was incorrect. There was no way to edit the error. So I placed a 2nd order thinking I could just cancel the 1st one. Not possible.
There is an ad that shows a rep you can speak with. Unfortunately, there is no phone number provided.
I made several attempts to cancel within the 2 hour timeframe required. Most of my emails were not deliverable.
I contacted my credit card company and was told that since the charges were showing as “pending”, nothing could be done at this point. They suggested as soon as the charges post, to call them back and they can initiate a dispute.
I hope they are more successful than I have been. Stay away from this “company” as they are not customer friendly.

So, did your credit card company help you to get refund?

  27. Really sketchy website the longer I look at it. Everything has five star ratings..they will not update shipping after two weeks. Will not reply back to support email sent. The delivery company YunExpress has aweful reviews and seems sketchy as well. Should have researched before I bought. Will definitely fight for a refund.

Ordered a pair of heelium shoes for my sons pain in his back from psyatica. These are so cheaply made and was called a different name. These shoes are not heelsium shoes and not worth the almost 70.00 I paid for. I’m really angry that I spent my Soc.Sec. $$$ on a fake!

Ordered pair of sneakers more than a month ago. Company alleges they were delivered at 730 pm on a Saturday nite. The (commercial) building is alllocked up at that time. Heelsium tells me to check with post office using the order tracking number. The P O says it’s not a valid tracking number. They r not responsible once they ship. So where r my shoes? Reported this to PayPal yesterday.I’m out $ 69.97

  31. Don’t purchase from this company! They are telling me that my shoes were delivered and they weren’t. The camera shows no deliveries to my home on the day or time they say the shoes were delivered and yet the company takes no responsibility and offers no refund or solution

  32. Avatar

I just wanted to let you know that I did order the shoes from Heelsium. They did provide me with tracking data that was updated throughout the shipment. I did receive the shoes from this company out of China. The shoes are comfortable just as stated in the advertisement.

  33. I received my Heelsium walking shoes a week ago. I wore them a few hours the first 3 days and was not impressed. However, after I guess I “broke them in”, I’ve worn them all day every day and my feet no longer hurt, my legs do not get tired and my plantar fasciitis does not hurt when I am wearing them. I am completely happy with them and will purchase more. My only slight complaint was that it took about 3 weeks for delivery. I am a very happy customer!
