We have found Hausespirites to be scam due to the following reasons:

  • Its email address "service@martmean .com" is not related to its domain name and has been used by multiple scam sites. Its contact phone number "858-733-3961" is also found in multiple scam sites.
  • It has listed lots of products on sale at unrealistic cheap rates which is almost impossible for any legit stores to offer even on Black Friday or Cyber Monday such as it is selling these products at unrealistic cheap rates - Closed heated scooter, Transformers 4-Wheel Remote Control Folding Mobility Scooter, Multi-size plastic storage shed, etc.
  • The website theme and lots of other details provided on its website match with multiple scam sites.
  • Fake Social media icons at the bottom of its website that send you to the home pages of those respective social media sites when you click on them, instead of sending to its business related social media pages, profiles, or groups.
  • You can find lots of similar kinds of online stores with complaints about their product quality, delivery time, as well as about customer support.

I bought a closed scooter heated in October 22 and it was delivered to a address in Cumbernauld Scotland instead of my address which was in the Midlands Nottingham so they say they reordered the delivery for the second time that disappeared somewhere with the wrong tracking number the Royal Mail said the tracking number I had didn't match what they had so now waiting on the third delivery which I suspect will not arrive how do I go about getting a refund I paid by Visa debit card.

    Hi.
I bought a scooter off this site 2 weeks ago. I have called the number they posted on their site. They kept trying to tell me I won a prize but I had to pay a shipping and handling fee first and kept asking for my credit card number. I wouldn't give it to them. I kept asking about my scooter and they wouldn't give me any information. Finally they guy got mad and hung up on me. Please help me get my money back.. I can't believe I got scammed! It seems so legit.

In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid using your PayPal account, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. Show them this review. Good Luck!
