What is GiaCollect.com?

It is an online shopping store that is misusing the name of GIA (Gemological Institute of America) by providing its website name as GIA because we don't find proof that it is associated with GIA. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized GiaCollect as one of the fraudulent sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

Its parent company's name and address is mentioned on Privacy Policy page as Future Commerce LLC: 541 W 78th St, Chanhassen, MN 55317. There is no business with the name Future Commerce LLC or GiaCollect that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there. Not even any store with name GIA is mentioned over there. The contact phone number of this online store is not given on its website. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. support@nuenails.com is not related to its domain name.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling Jewelry at $0.00 (free of cost) for which you only need to pay the shipping fee. This kind of marketing strategy is mostly found to be offered by scam sites.

Copied content:

Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple scam sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Shipping/Returns Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. It may even makes the customers responsible to pay the return shipping fees showing multiple reasons. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

All the above stated reasons are enough to draw a conclusion that GiaCollect is one of the scam websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

I purchased a single ring from them for $3.98 shipping. I'm not being charged monthly for $19.99 which I did not agree to. I live off a VERY tight budget and am NOT OK with this. ?

  2. i bought a ring for my friend and now they keep charging me $20 monthly

  3. I was on Snapchat and got an ad that says “FREE today ONLY flash sale” I thought it seemed very suspicious so I looked it up for more information and not surprising I didn’t find any reviews or anything to indicate it’s a legit website, I am glad I didn’t spend a penny on this website

I ordered from them and didn’t have any problems with anything.

  5. I bought five necklaces from them for “free” and just yesterday I was randomly charged $98.85 unprompted. I’m trying to call my bank to get my money back, but please don’t buy from them

Have you ever bought from Gia Collect? You forgot to include that after purchasing an item, you will later be charged recurring payments for each and every item you have purchased. Aka, yes, it's a scam site which will take even moee money from it's victims. I've been meaning to say this around the time the site was put up.
