I purchased two dresses and as someone said, they are made from a polyester shower-curtain type of plasticky fabric when they came in the mail. Very cheap. The sewing is bad and has gaps in the seams as the merchandise arrived damaged. The print is also very blurry - using a DPI that is not conducive to high quality printing.
I demanded a refund and was offered to take a certain small amount of money instead. Since the dresses were damaged, poor quality and the wrong size, I constantly asked for a full refund. In at least 30 email exchanges, over a month, I demanded my money back. I was offered a higher sum to "keep the stuff," but was not ever given an address (either in Canada or the UK, where they purported to be as their head office) to send back the merchandise or sent any forms to begin the refund process. There is no phone number, only a generic email. They refused to honour their refund policy. DO NOT BUY from this company. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and am waiting on the outcome.

The worst, cheapest and tacky clothing I have ever experienced. I bought a dress but "under the breast 3 inch band was in the wrong place and cut my boobs in half. Very poorly made. Do not buy these clothes, and forget about trying to get a refund or return the item with free shipping.

OH MY! These reviews are on point! I believed the reviews on social media and they are CLEARLY fake. I am in the exact same boat as Karen S, except I have not conceded to any amount yet. Just found out about the Dubai shipping address. What a mess. Tell all your friends to NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

I wish I saw this site prior to ordering from this company. They lied about being made in USA. The outfit was poor quality and I have sent numerous emails (per the Geymy return policy) to get a RMA # and was offered 25% to keep the outfit. No way! I feel ripped off!!!

  5. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

First, they are not made in the US... they are based in Dubai but I bet the shirts are made in China. Normally I don't care so much about where things are made, but don't outright lie about it! The description says the fabric feels like jersey shirts... no, they are polyester. It took a very long time for the shirts to get here, and the tracking number kept saying it hadn't been shipped, but "Customer Service" said it had. Took about 3 weeks.

I ordered 3 shirts and decided to return one. After contacting them, they said, "Okay, we'll give you $6 and you keep the shirt." I told them I had paid almost $40 for the shirt and I wanted a full refund." They responded... "okay, we'll give you $12 and you keep it." When I explained I didn't want the shirt, they said, "okay, but you have to pay the shipping and it's very costly. You'll be shipping it to Dubai." At which point, they finally offered $20 if I kept the shirt, at which point i agreed. It still took like 3-4 days for the refund to hit my credit card. I'll be giving it to charity.

This company is terrible. Don't waste your time.

I ordered what I thought was a women’s t shirt. In the picture it was beautiful. When I got it, it was made out of a stretchy material and was too tight. The colors were drab and not near as pretty as the one online. There was supposed to be a return sheet in my bag but there wasn’t. I have absolutely no way of getting a hold of them to get a return, so I’m stuck. I guess it was a lesson learned.

  8. This is just another scam by the same people in Saudi Arabia or whatever country they pick - they started with Retaica but that was shut down with so many bad reviews on Trust Pilot...this is just a scam using cheap clothes on the same tan model..(she would make a paper bag look good and people fall for that) The clothes don't look anything like the photos and are made in China and there's no way you'll get your money back - I had to file a charge back with my credit card company. Don't fall for false advertising - RUN!
