Our Analysis on Fox Stark: Below are some tips that will help you to identify either is a FoxStark fake or real:-

# You can check either any online store is secured properly or not. The trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton, etc. provided by this site on its checkout page are fake because those trust seal logos send us to the home page of FoxStark when we click on them. This is a big warning bell as none of the legit sites will try to trick people by showing them fake trust seal logos.

# Aforementioned, it is using fake trust seals which means that this website may not be secured properly. So, you might run a risk of your credit card information getting stolen if you shop at this online store.

# It has provided its return shipping address as “Business Center, Al Shmookh Building Umm Al Quwain Umm al-Quwain AE 10001.” on its second "Refund Policy" page. We said the second "Refund Policy" because it has provided two "Refund Policy", "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Service" pages with different statements which is very weird and unprofessional. We haven't found such blunders made by any professional legit sites. On top of that, we can't verify either there is a this store or shop or company at a given address or not. Actually, legit online stores should provide their company's address on their "Contact Us" or "About Us" page which can be easily found and which can be verified. But, it has provided its address in such a way that it is very difficult to find. It also hasn't provided any contact phone number.

# It is offering a heavy discount on lots of the products listed on its website which is too good to be trus.

# In the case of this site, it has also copy-pasted lots of details from other websites such as its Terms of Service, Refund Policy and so on which is mostly done by the problematic sites.

# Try to find out the complaints posted by users. Most of the time you can find out lots of complaints posted by users of online stores if they are not doing good. Scam online stores always have a bunch of complaints and very few or almost zero positive reviews. So, check the complaints around the internet for any online stores before you purchase something from those online stores. In the case of this site, we have found some serious complaints from its users. If you also have some complaints about it, then please feel free to share that with us using the comment section below.

# It has Delivery & Returns Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has mentioned that all return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Our Final Verdict:

All the above presented reasons are enough to say that FoxStark is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  2. I've ordered several products from Fox Stark. They were high quality, delivered on time, and a good value for the money.

  3. Well they have no number or address to contact. Just an email function. The number they provided to my financial institution for billing information is "not in service" as of today.

  4. I placed an order two weeks ago. They send a immediate conformation email asserting that I will receive a tracking number when it ships. The next day they send a confirmation that it shipped, but still no tracking number.

  5. I ordered an item that shows it has arrived in Canada, on April 9. It is now May 1 and I have not received the item. When I contacted customer service they say there are delays with delivery due to the coronavirus. I don't believe that and feel it has been either lost or stolen. I have asked for a refund, which they have denied. They suggest I keep waiting. I asked for how long - forever??

    1. It's better you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
      Good Luck!

  6. i dont know how they got my number but they charged my credit card for something that i did not order

    1. Well, in this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund as well as to change your credit card.

  7. We ordered the fold up scooter in October. The money was deducted from our bank account. As of December 1st we have received nothing. In chats they deny even listing such an item. They acknowledge the received out money, but won’t respond with what we were charged for. When we demand a refund they refuse to respond at all. I think it’s time for complaints to our state Attorney General and the FTC.

    1. You should also contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account.

    2. Hello Elizabeth,

My name is Jaimeth and I'm the Customer Support Leader in Fox Stark.

Apparently someone misused our good name to bill and then flee, as a kind of scam. I am really sorry that you are experiencing this.

I kindly ask you to give a look at our website so you can see that we do not send any kind of scooters: https://foxstark.com/

I recommend you to issue a dispute with your payment processor so that they can issue a chargeback on that account.

If there is anything that we could do for you, please let me know.

  8. Its a scam. We ordered a fold up scooter for my Mom who is 86 to use for 150 dollars. Watched tracking for a month. It said it was delivered and what we fgot was a toy dog on a string worth about a dollar. Scammed for sure.

  9. Thats not true at all. You clearly never heard of shopify or wordpress theres at least 100k sites (LEGIT) on there with real stores. Starting an online store and being successful is really hard pple put up trust badges to try and gain trust to make the site look more professional Doesnt automatically mean their trying to rob you. Even all the marketing experts tell pple to do it.

    1. Then they should not put any trust seals. What's the point of putting the fake trust seals? And these days it's very risky to offer credit card purchases without securing website properly. Who will be responsible if the credit card of the clients being misused? And we definitely know about Shopify and WordPress and we know lots of legit sites operating under Shopify and our own site is using WordPress theme. We know Shopify provided those trust seals sometimes on their theme but those who used those themes, it's their responsibility to either delete those trust seal logos or put the real ones. Professional sites always care about such details. On top of that, it's not only the trust seal but the lots of details provided on FoxStark pointed it to be a scam. For example:- it hasn’t secured its website properly; it has copy-pasted lots of details from other websites; it is offering a heavy discount on the price of the products listed on its website which is very difficult for any legit sites to offer; it has provided two Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages (none of the legit sites provide two Privacy Policy or Terms of Service). On its second Terms of Service page, it has provided its company's address as "Business Center, Al Shmookh Building Umm Al Quwain Umm al-Quwain AE 10001". However, on its "Contact Us" page, it has provided its company's address as "Fox Stark 228 E Barney St Baltimore, MD 21230". Now, which address should we believe? In one "Terms of Service", it has mentioned its Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Business Center, Al Shmookh Building Umm Al Quwain Umm al-Quwain AE 10001 whereas in another "Terms of Service" it has mentioned its Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Elevate Ecommerce LLC. Isn't that weird? When we are opening online stores, we should be very careful with every detail since there are lots of scam online stores. If we don't bother to check every detail on our own website and do such blunders then how can we expect someone to believe us? Well, we can go and on. There are still lots of things which can be pointed out. But we didn't mention all these things in our FoxStark review because we thought mentioning one point is enough to make people aware. However, that doesn't mean we declare some sites scam just by observing one thing. We do check lots of details but we don't mention all those details to save our time so that we can do reviews on more scam sites and can save more people from scams.

      1. This is Denise from the Caribbean. They had me fooled because I thought they were legitimate and trustworthy company. I purchaced anot item since 2months ago from my debit card and up until now, I haven't received it.I tried to call the company on the contact number given and an answering machine came on saying, they can't answer calls because of the high rate in serving other customers. I will contact my bank and class them as a fraud, so they will be investigated. Thanks for the insight. I should have checked before I really ordered. It's my lost. Unbelievable!!

          1. Please let us know once you receive your order. If you don't receive your order for more than a month or receive the low-quality product, then also please inform us. Thank you.

    2. Well. Those "marketing experts" are totally wrong and in violation of laws and marketing rules.
A business that open its doors with lies, is bound to fail.
