Foodfpro is classified as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

Its company’s address is given as 2682, Building 1, No. 425, Jinxing Village, Jinhui Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information. Hence, we shall not trust such an unprofessional site for any kind of online shopping.

Although its address is form China but on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. How can a company from China be governed by the laws of United States?

Copied content:

Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which will make its customers responsible for return shipping costs. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Foodfpro is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

foodfpro, com IS a scam site! Site appears legit as payment is via PayPal. A Who.Is search shows that the company uses Alibaba Cloud. Alibaba sells at wholesale prices, so I just assumed that the low price for the item on foodfpro was the wholesale price and that USA Importers mark up the price by a lot. Alibaba and PayPal are both legit companies.

Instead of shipping the purchased item, the Seller at foodfpro.com will send something small (in my case, I rec'd a pack of face mask) in an innocent looking envelope or small plastic package. I opened the package, saw the face masks & set the package aside as not important and probably sent from my health insurance company or something; I didn't pay much attention. Below is how foodfpro.com and other scam sites--using PayPal--operate:

When the Buyer sends an email re: order update/where's my order, Seller sends the tracking number and proof that the item was, indeed, received. Fortunately, I had kept the package with face masks still inside, & took photos.
Buyer files an "Item Not Received" dispute/claim with PayPal. PayPal contacts Seller who sends proof of Tracking History and that the item WAS received. PayPal assumes the Buyer is trying to get something for nothing and closes the claim without reimbursement to Buyer. Seller MAY offer a partial reimbursement just to make the claim go away. Do NOT accept.
So, here's the key: When submitting a PayPal dispute/claim choose option, "NOT AS DESCRIBED" rather than "Not Received." Wait 24 hours after submitting the initial PayPal dispute before Escalating the Claim to PayPal. I did not see an option to Escalate to PayPal when I viewed status of my claim. PayPal's Help pages say that in order to escalate, one must view the claim then click on Escalate To PayPal "which is located at the bottom of the page". So, I'll call them tomorrow to have the claim Escalated just in case.
