Ordered a baby hammock from Fonbirds!! Horrible quality and nothing like the picture. They offered to return $3.00 on a $30.00 purchase. Then when pushed moved up to $6.00. It would

Fonbirds.com is by far, the worst online products company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 x 48 inch double sided hand held chain saws with ropes from their range and received 2 x 24 inch single sided saws with no ropes ....... not what I ordered or paid for. It was completely different from the description. Then, after multiple pictures and dozens of emails, instead of admitting their mistake, they tried to lie, offer more useless products and ignore my requests to full fill the order. They would not give me a full refund, so just to cost them something, I accepted more of their crap, just to be rid of them. Never again!
