At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address EMILYMA LIMITED, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.
It email address i.e. flushlookservice@outlook .com is a free email address but not its domain specific one.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Here's how their scam on me worked. I buy the product. No problems for them to TAKE my money via credit card. Product arrives. I ordered 2 complete (shirt and pants) outfits. One of the outfits has a shirt missing. (Also, the picture of the outfit online looks like the material may possibly be a cotton-polyester blend. The outfit is 100% Polyester or Rayon(?). I contact them to get the missing shirt. They delay then ask me if I would accept a partial refund (and tell me I can keep the pants). I decline and ask for a full refund on the outfit (with the missing shirt). They send me info for the pants to be returned. I find out that the shipping is to CHINA and the amount to ship is MORE than the cost of the outfit itself. I contact the seller about a full refund (again). There is delay after delay. THIS time they say they will again refund me a partial amount, but now the amount they are willing to refund is lower than the original amount they offered. We are now going on 8 months. I decided to accept the lower amount they are offering to get SOMETHING back. Now, they say Paypal won't accept their refund back on my credit card because it's been past 180 days (I never heard of this, but I'm going to check it out). BEWARE of this company. It is a TOTAL SCAM. Check out other buyers.comments! Don't take the chance if you're reading this and say "They may be ok". Also, they go under other names such as FLUSHLOOK & SUITSMEN, but there are also other names they use. Good Luck and GOD Bless!
Unfortunately, I have already purchased several items from this company and almost a month later I have not received the items I paid for, nor have they given me any correspondence of a tentative delivery schedule nor any communication about the status of my order. Is there a government agency or regulating entity where I can report this incident?
I made an order almost 3 months ago and i haven't heard from your company. I tried to use the tracking number but it would not change screens. If you are not gonna send my order, then please tell me the process for a full refund.
