I ordered clothes from branslet, I got nothing. I'm so stupid, I have ordered from 4 different companies and I never received anything. Like I said, STUPID, you'd think I would learn my lesson. I don't think they will give me a refund, I've asked, no answer.

Ordered exactly 6 weeks ago. Nothing at all and no response spent £70 on there gutted
I ordered on 26th of june and stil have nothing i send them a mail and the story was due to the covid 19 blabla please be patience.
It is definitely a scam! I ordered from them a month ago and never received my item. I’ve tried to contact them many times with zero response. I have just filed a fraudulent case against them with my bank so I can hopefully get my money back.
Says online it will take 5 days for delivery, I ordered over 50 days ago and I have nothing. I’ve emailed their ‘customer service’ and had nothing back. Spent about £70 on the site and I don’t believe I will be receiving any clothing from them. Annoying cause the clothes I’ve paid for looked really nice!

I came across this site and I ordered some things from it September 8th not knowing anything it is portrayed as “romitic” but the url says branslet. I spent a good bit of money not knowing at first then became very suspicious after a while I have contacted them four times since and have gotten no reply my order said it would be here in 10 to 15 days and I would receive shipping info in a couple days I haven’t received a single email or response since.
It has been 7 weeks since I placed my order with them. They also go by Esleate. I have emailed them 5 times now trying to get some kind of shipping info. First 3 times, got the please be
patient we are working hard to get your order ready. Last 2 times I have received no answer at all. Want to spread this info as far and wide as possible hoping to get them shut down so others do not get taken.
