First of all this statement is wrong since there won't be separate laws for specific location or building but laws will be same for whole state or country. And even if we consider it as its company address then also there is no business with the name FashionMary that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there. So, we don't recommend this site for any kind of online shopping.
Discount and Sales offers:
It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates which is a strategy followed by lots of scam sites these days to lure people into their scam.
Another website name:
It has mentioned the website name of another website rather than its own on its Terms, Privacy, etc. pages i.e. MaryJewelry but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if they have any.
Returns and Exchange:
It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.
