I ordered some eyelashes from fancy Berry and it is a frog it's out of China and you cannot get your money back even if you don't get what you ordered it's a scam
I placed an order in March (approximately $40) nothing delivered to this date, when I found a way to write to them, someone from support emailed a msg stating they needed more info in order to help me track the package, nothing! So disappointed, unless its from eBay or Amazon, I will never purchase anything anywhere else.
ITS BEEN A YEAR PLUS NOW SINCE I ORDERD FRFOM THESE PEOPLE. SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT OR GETT MY REFUND WERE FRUITLESS. UP TO UNTIL NOW I HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I THINK THEYRE FAKE

I'm glad I saw this page, their hair dye shampoo videos are way too good to be true and I probably would have fallen for the scam if it wasn't for sites like this, please keep exposing these fake companies
I ordered a purple and silver color changing shampoos. I read some reviews shortly after that, found that it is professional hair color meant for Asian hair. I had a 10 volume developer so I used the purple yesterday. The color is very vibrant. So far, so good. It does work well, but it is false advertising!!!
Glad I had to check for ingredients before I buy anything. Saved myself money, the problem of fraud and causing my bank more work!!!
I ordered glamup hair coloring - 3 total.
When it arrived, only Shampoo and no directions at all. I went back to the site and see website says contents - Shampoo and perfume milk. And directions stating apply, wait 10min and rinse. Further down are different directions to mix Shampoo and perfume milk, apply, wait 10 min and rinse. I have no perfume milk and I'm nervous to use it without because what if it does some real damage. Contacted support stating issue and was asked to send pictures of label and pictures of items showing issue. I wrote the following:
I am not sure what you are requesting. I have provided you with the order number which should reflect what was ordered. I have attached pictures of the package, all contents, and what is inside of the box (the one box was damaged).
There are no directions in the package or inside or on the boxes or tubes but when I revisited the website it says package should contain:
Glamup Hair Coloring Shampoo (for long hair)
Perfume Milk: 1 pc
My order had 2 purple and 1 blue none of which have the perfume milk.
The directions state to mix the shampoo and perfume milk...
DIRECTIONS
Mix Glamup Hair Coloring Shampoo with Perfume Milk in a 1:1 ratio
Apply it on hair and wait for 10 minutes then rinse

After waiting several weeks for my order of jeggings, it arrived yesterday. I ordered an XL...I believe this item is for a child. I could get it above my knees. I have contacted them, but just got a link to confirm my delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
RED FLAG for me was when they say they accept PayPal but when you try to use it you have to put in a credit or debit card on PayPal. I started to Google the store after that and glad I did.
I would never order from here again. It took a month for my product to come and it run small I got a extra size bigger and it still did t fit. I woukdnt recommend this.
FANCYBERRIE ARE ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS. I ordered 5d seamless bras in the month of November 2020....the package never arrived till January 2021...saying it was resend to the company....when I asked for refunds they made my life miserable...sending worthless emails.....still haven't received any refund. I request all of you please be aware of this fraudulent company....never never trust their website offers. Please

I also wish that I should have seen this before ordering cause I placed an order November I haven't received it till nw and I've been tracking it it the last update was when it was placed in the shack container on the 10 December 2020 and I emailed them I've been waiting for their response
I do believe that Fancy Berrie is a fraudulent website. Here's my experience: I purchased 7 (seven) 5D bras on the 12th of October 2020. I didn't receive a tracking number until two weeks after, that was only after I had sent an email enquiring about my order. A tracking number was sent a few days later, and I kept tracking to see my order's status through 17 Track Net (now this a courier service that people should be mindful of). The order supposedly arrived in my country on 13th November 2020, and till date (One month and 17days), I am yet to receive my package. I have sent several correspondences to both Fancy Berrie Support Team and 17Track Net, unfortunately, they repeatedly tossed me back and forth. I have also made 4 visits to two of the post offices in my locality (with the hope that it may be delivered to any of the post offices close to my residence), and I was told that "The package can not be tracked". Fancy Berrie and 17 Track Net are culpable. In the response I received from 17Track Net, I was informed that "they do not know when packages arrive in the country(destination) of the package. I should reach out to Fancy Berrie if I had issues or complaints regarding the delivery. I shared this message with Fancy Berrie, and they kept insisting that I contact the courier company. None of these services is willing to take responsibility and it is obvious that they are fraudulent. People should be mindful of this site FANCY BERRIE IS FAKE.
I wish I had read this before I ordered - I did receive what I ordered but it did not fit so I contacted them and received an email describing what I needed to do to get a return which I did and have not heard back from them since - luckily I didn't spend a ton of money on them.
I wish I would have seen this article before ordering. I placed an order in October. Finally received the order in December. Poor quality products with incorrect sizing. Wrote an email asking for a return with refund. Still waiting for a reply.
