I ordered an advent calendar. It was never delivered and I can't find an address to contact them. What a fool I was. Anyone able to get ahold of them. I should have known better than to order off of FB.
Ugh I ordered a advent calendar for my daughter with rocks and crystals. I never received it and can not find an address to mail a complaint to. It just goes blank when I click it. Anyone know what action I can take?
Buyers beware! Ordered items I thought were affiliated with a global non-profit organization. After weeks of waiting, I received an opened plastic envelope from China containing only one item that I ordered. Upon inspection of that item, which was damaged (I assume in transit), it was clear I way overpaid for items that were misrepresented. I won't make the same mistake twice!
Garbage. Bought what I thought was a National Geographic brand crystal advent calendar for my daughter and it was a knock-off that arrived in a crushed box, with a cheap plastic insert holding random rocks without explanation. So disappointed. Never order from here.

This website is a scam out of China. I ordered one of their bog bags after many weeks and it was MUCH smaller than the photos on the website depicted. Then when I asked for info on a refund, I was given a run-around via email and eventually they stopped responding. All this when the website promises a money back guarantee! Do not order!
agreed! These products are all knockoffs and they do not fullfill what they advertise. I am SO sorry I ordered from this group. Returning is impossible. Never again!
Not at all happy with this company! They say product is in stock but after waiting 3 weeks I'm told there were many orders and it should arrive in 5 - 7 days. 3+ weeks later my tracking number indicates it is on a boat from China.
