However, Google Maps pinpoints this address at Haiguang Mansion Parking Lot but there is no business with the name Hebeos that has been mentioned on or around this address. Its contact phone number is not given on its website. So we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.
Discount and Sales offers:
It is providing unreasonable discount offers which seems unrealistic to get from any legit sites.
Returns and Exchange:
It has a Return and Refund Policy which mentions that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

This site is definitely a hit or miss. I bought my wedding gown from Hebeos before reading all the negative reviews. There's an entire Facebook group dedicated to Hebeos complaints. Mostly people report that the dress the received looks nothing like what they received. The measurements were not accurate. And sometimes they even got an entire life different dress. The return policy requires that the buyer pay for shipping, which turns out to cost more than the price of the dress.
With that being said, I have also read quite a few positive reviews. I am here to say that I am one of those people that offers a positive review. I placed my order 3 months before my wedding and chose standard shipping. The dress arrived 10 days after placing my order. I paid $149 for a beautiful dress. The quality was excellent and it looked exactly like the picture. Also, I am very short and required alterations: they took off 6 inches from the hallow to floor and I needed the hips and waist adjusted as well. I paid only $18 for alterations and the dress fit exactly as measured.
Bottom line, you take a big risk when ordering from here. I ordered my dress with time to spare, for an elopement, and was willing to risk having to shop for another dress.
Do not buy from here at all!!! The quality of the dress was terrible. As we were taking it out of the package the gems were falling off. Also, the lace appliqués were not stitches completely down and wet peeling off. I paid for expedited shipping, received a tracking code that didn’t work and it arrive a week after the last date of the window. I asked to return the dress because it was defective and over 1 month later they are still giving me the run around about it returning it. They refuse to give me a full refund and want me to just keep the dress and get it fixed. I wish I had known this is how they operate because I would never have purchased from them. It almost seems like a scam because they will only communicate through email and their online chat is always closed. Further, I inquired to talk to someone in the phone and they said they don’t support phone conversations. Beware and do NOT buy from them!!!
My experience with Hebeos is turning out to be a nightmare. I ordered two dresses to try on for my sons upcoming wedding. Their websites states "worry-free returns on standard dresses within 14 days". I placed the order on May 9, 2022, and received them on May 26, 2022. Unfortunately they were too small. So, since the website clearly stated "worry-free returns" I started the return process. The day after that I received an email from them requesting pictures of me in the dresses to prove that they did not fit. I thought that was ridiculous but I complied. A couple of days after they responded again asking for my measurements. I told them they don't need that information since I already provided pictures. A couple of days after they responded by telling me that the dresses were a size 16 plus and that's what I ordered. It's true. That's exactly what I ordered but unfortunately they do not fit me. They told me to take them to a tailor to have them altered at my own expense. I've filed a complaint with the ACCC because it appears they're out of Austrailia but now I have my doubts as to where they're from. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and run. Their customer service and business practices leave much to be desired. There are plenty of other reputable companies out there that won't screw you like this company will.
Ladies, DO NOT make the mistake of buying a dress from Hebeos! Just remember that you get what you pay for and it's to their discretion whether or not you can return it.
