Emarthome Review: Genuine? Emarthome Scam or Legit?

This is a review of a Emarthome to find out either is a Emarthome.com scam or a legit company. Our Emarthome review will help you to figure out whether you shall make any purchase from this online store or not.

What is Emarthome.com?

It is an online shopping store which is misusing the brand logo of "e-mart" company by providing emart as its website name and logo although it is not associated with e-mart company.

It is selling various products like Microcasa a Leva Espresso Machine Finish: Copper and Brass, Wisteria Lane Patio Furniture Set, Outdoor Aluminum Sectional Sofa Couch with Coffe Table, All-Weather Metal Conversation Set with Upgraded Dark Grey Cushion, 3-Piece Acacia Wood Bistro Set, Folding Patio Furniture for Backyard, Balcony, Deck w/ 2 Chairs, Round Coffee Table, Teak Finish – Natural, Modway Fortuna Aluminum Outdoor Patio Armless Chair in Brown White, Char-Broil 20602109 Patio Bistro TRU-Infrared Electric Grill, Red, Scepter USA 6792 Duramax 14 Gallon Flo-N-Go Fuel Caddy, Red, 10 Inch Micro-Kerf 40T 1/16″ Thin Kerf Table Saw & Miter Saw Blade with 5/8 Inch Arbor, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Emarthome is classified as one of the fraudulent site due to the following reasons:

Company Address:

Its company’s address is given at bottom of its website as 11028 N 47Th Dr Glendale, AZ 85304 United States. As per Redfin.com, there is residential house at this address.

Another address is given on its Contact Us page which is 193-1 73rd Ave – Fresh Meadows – NY United States. Google Maps pinpoints this address in the middle of road near residential area around which there is no business with the name Emarthome that has been mentioned over there.

It has mentioned another address on its Privacy Policy and Return Policy pages as 5445 Oceanus Dr STE, 114-115 Huntington Beach, CA 92649 United State. But here is no any business with the name Emarthome that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, there are other businesses mentioned over there.

On its Return Policy page, yet another address is provided which is 7912 Woodbury Drive, Temple, TX 76502, United State but as per Zillow.com, there is a residential house on this address.

First of all, providing multiple addresses of residential houses makes no sense and on top of that, on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of IJselstraat 55H Amsterdam NL 1078 CC. All the addresses that it has provided is from USA but as per its Terms of Service page, it follows the laws of Netherlands which doesn't make any sense and prove that it hasn't provided its real contact information. So we cannot trust such an unprofessional site for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling products at unrealistic heavy discounted rates that none of the legit sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, it is concluded that Emarthome is one of the scam websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Definite scam. Emailed with no answer. Called and got "number no longer in service" alert. You'd think if you were attempting to steal someones money you'd answer the phone and lie to them at the very least.

I have been waiting over a month for my order. No response from the email support, no answer from the phone number listed. I will be calling my CC company to process a dispute as well. How can we get this site shut down?

  3. Yeah, the screwed me, unfortunately, my charge was accepted, now I may have to cancel yet another card, and that may not even be the end of it, time will tell.

  4. This is a scam. I made a purchased, received a UPS confirmation and when I called UPS they stated that the tracking number was for another persons package and no information can be provided. I tried calling but all numbers are not in service. I made a claim with my credit card and it seems these scammers have submitted another charge on my credit card.

I tried to order and at check out it said it could not accept my card. I retyped the # thinking I made an error. Same answer. So I tried another. Same thing. I emptied my card but they probably still have my card no.s. So I may be in trouble. Don’t use them.

Same thing happened to me (regarding it wouldn't accept credit card) and then I started to research and found the different addresses on their site, and found this page. Looks like I might have to be pre-emptive and cancel the credit cards I entered, but they still have my address and name, etc. :/

So I ordered something from this site on 7/11. On 7/22 I call number on contact page for a better update than "processing". # has a VM stating that it is a private number and has been receiving many calls for smartphone, which her # has no affiliation. Another number I found on site just rings and rings, and the support email address is undeliverable. I called my cc company to process a dispute. I tend to go to Amazon for everything, thinking I'm helping out the "little guy" ends up being a scam
