I have not been issued my eip card. I qualify, I filed my 2021 taxes, and the $1400 eip payment was claimed. IRS files say I receieved the money, but I have not. I have been through the process of 're-issuing' my card, as it was lost/stolen/never received, 4 times. Nothing is being issued to me. What can I do? I only have 4 days left to complete this claim, and I'm being stonewalled by both META bank, and the IRS itself, who told me if noone is available to contact at Meta bank (which there isn't), then "Sorry about your luck, I can't help you..." *CLICK... phone goes dead. That was IRS representative 100235. That was my 4th attempt, just on 5-18. What do I do??

You can try again after some hours or a day. The website may be hang-up due to traffic load. You can try at that time when the traffic load will be less such as at midnight or early morning.
